He attempted to like chargeback from me idk if he cancelled it or paypal ruled in my favour i didnt receive any email about it though just looked at my pp balance and it was fine this morning.

It's because he's tried to dispute multiple transactions. Any person with a working brain knows that attempting to charge-back multiple disputes, regardless if you claim you was 'hacked' or not, it will never go in your favour.

That must be reason my balance isnt - again ? :feelsgood:

Make the report please, Staff will handle it, leave it there, sorry for your loss.
