You're buying 1,000,000 coins (definitely) and whatever else is left on the account. The 5% will be covered and there may be an extra couple 100k depending on how much the last few players fetch.

All the coins are legit and nobody has been banned through buying them through me (can check my eBay), they weren't acquired through glitching the game.

I won't be going first under any circumstance but I don't mind using an official middleman or doing the trade bit by bit.
