Membership troubles

The accounts that I have all have access to every subscription method, except one of which I am not the original owner. I only have paybycash available. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

There may have been some issues with the previous owner charging back or something along those lines that caused Jagex to take away the easier methods of paying. I've heard of that happening to some people and then they get stuck with PaybyCash aswell. Since your not the original owner, I would try to contact him if you can and ask about the payment history. If your not able to contact him then you might just have to pay the pain-in-the-ass way. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

Sometimes when you chargeback they remove most the option nothing really you can do.

alright thanks guys I think I'm just going to go with gamecards because I believe I can still enter them. Still a pain but it's nice to know there isn't an easy fix for it. Well, not *nice* to know .

 

Maybe it has membership block on it if so thir are guides to remove it.

 

you cant fix it , I had PIN block aswell , you gotta wait atleast few months and then send messages to billingsupportteam that you have been on block for long time and beg them untill they unblock it.

 

The previous owner must have had chargeback problems that made RS make it so they only accept cash option. I believe UGC work and are $7.95.

 

Good chance there have been charge back problems, not sure if the game cards are still usable though.

 

If paybycash is the only option and you live in the United States (not sure if it is available in other countries), you can go to a store and buy an Ultimate Game Card, as it shows up as the PayByCash Method.

 

As most have said JaGeX have probably removed the easier/quicker options due to charge backs definitely try and contact the previous owner and ask him what has gone off though

It's because of the previous owner and the fact that he probably chargebacked a payment.
