Flesh Crawlers or Al-Kharid Warriors?

I am f2p and wondering which is my best bet at Al-Kharid warriors i get about 10k exp per hour at lv 34 strength, I have not tried the flesh crawlers in a long time and was wondering if they still get the 20k exp per hour.

Which would you suggest training at?

Train on monks until you get a bit higher. That way you don't waste food since they heal you if you talk to 'em.

 

Al Kharid warriors are definetly the best option for you if you are f2p strength training. Im not 100% sure but I think flesh crawlers get less than them now.

 

im30 defense so i dont waste much food im working on a maxed boxer

 

Al Kharid's shouldn't take that much food. TBH you would probably do better at centaur's in the stronghold of security. They give good exp and don't take much food either.

Yea minotaurs is what I meant sorry, they are good exp so it should go quickly.

 

yea im level 38 strength was level 35

 

Flesh crawlers are better, on my 45 atk 78 str pure I can get up to 30k/hour f2p

 

I would train your stats a bit higher then go to flesh crawlers

 

When your strength gets to 55ish, move on up to flesh crawlers. You will get from 10-15k xp/hr depending on who is there.

 

ok thank you guys what defence level could i stay at fleshys for like 2+ hrs on one invy?

 

Which type of fish are you using? With salmon, I'm staying at them for 30 minutes at a time with 1 defense.

 

I prefer minotaurs, less crowded

 

You could try the skoblin's in the lumbridge catacombs they're usually empty and I've managed to get up to 30kxp/hr at around 60 strength.

 

im using tuna and im level 30 defense should i just get 60 str then 40 def and then go to fleshys? or wait to get 40 def?

 

Get 60 strength, then move to flesh crawlers and get 40 defense at flesh crawlers.
