Good G maul rushing stats?

I was wondering what stats I should have for a gmaul rusher...
Could I train str on f2p or would my hp get to high?

 

if you want to truly rush and own, train up to 82 magic using the methods a 10 hp pure would... curses, teleports, alchs so your hp is 10. Then you can train strength up to like 70 and quest up to 50 attack (lots of easy quests with ton of experience). You will have 50 attack, 70 strength, 82 magic, 13 prayer. Blitz -> gmaul spec, you should be able to ko people quick

 

that's what I was thinking about doing... alching til 82 on f2p maybe get 30-40ish att and 60-70ish str before I go pking. what would my hp be like?

 

Not sure, i did this although i got 50 attack, 52 stregnth, 65 range atm training hp along the way and im 56 health. So you should be somehwere less than that

 

I'm currently 20att, str att, 40range, 39hp, 52 magic. gonna keep super heating until 55 then i have enough nats for 82 magic. I saw a vid of this guy who was level 63, 59ish hp and 99str and magic... i'm guessing he soul wars'd?

 

Your hp will be normal, non-prodded. If you want a prod, get membership and soul wars. But it's not worth using soul wars unless you plan on staying a low level gmauler.

Edit: my bad, I meant *if you plan on staying a low level gmauler it's not worth using sw.

 

would I still be able to ko with normal hp?

Don't bother with mage. Ice blitzing simply tells people to put on pro melee nowadays.

 

huh? isn't blitz+gmaul one of the best pure ko combos?

But yeah, you should be able to. The only thing I meant is, don't soul wars from level 1 str or something, you should soul wars from around 70 str, soul wars is not worth it at lower levels. Getting 70-80+ str through soul wars should keep your hp very low....

 

Id still go for ice blitz, and its ur choice the difference in hp will be only like 5 combat levels or so; but i would definitely rather have the added possibilites of team pking in multi wildy/ luring; however with lower hp you can basically only 3 hit, or 4 hit if you have blitz

Honestly it's not. Knives to G Maul are the best imo. Or Mage Shortbow to G maul.

Everytime someone gets ice blitz'd they throw pro melee on right away.

 

I plan on rushing though not legit sitting there attacking each other... any other gmaul rushing ideas then besides ice blitz?

 

Throw 3-4 Knives at the person then spec. That is still rushing.

 

You could tele block, use entangle or stun.

 

hmm. ok. I'm planning on getting mage up and I hate range so I'll probably cannon it so it won't effect my hp so I could go either way.

My pure was a gmaul rusher. 70 str should get you like 60 constitution, if you don't consider that low then I don't know what. You can soul wars to 90+ and end up with like 65-70 constitution, or keep 60 depending on settings you use.

 

I think that would be a dead give away... Ice blitz is way faster than that... but good idea.
