Purchasing a firecape from us makes you automatically binded to these Terms of Service.

We're not in anyway responsible for lost items, mutes, or bans on your account. By purchasing this service you allow us a maximum of 72 hours from the start of the caves to the finish of the caves. Please do not log in during our service without telling us. If you do log in, and die on our progress, we have the right to cancel your order without a refund. All Payments will be made BEFORE the start of the service. After purchase, we will ask your details and will message you when we start / finish. If the 72 hours have past, you may request us a refund, or give us another 48 hours. We're not responsible if you are scammed by an impostor, Our msn's will be posted and you may only contact us through that email. Make sure you get a private message in your inbox on the off site confirming your order. If you dispute a payment we will create a scam report, and will cancel your service until further notice.
