What will happen when all the OSRS legacy accounts run out?

I like to buy OSRS legacy (non-jagex launcher) accounts for some bot farms and niche builds here and there. Since you can't make any more legacy accounts, what will happen when they run out? Will sellers just make Jagex accounts with 20 characters of a specific build then sell that?

 

Some might do that, but I think most will just make jagex accounts with 1 character. It would be more efficient that way to build the accounts to sell.

 

I see, but wouldn't having to login into a Jagex account for each of the characters be a huge pain. If you had 10 accounts then you would need to log in an out of each account 10 times to get all of them going.

 

probably don't want all 20 linked, plus it makes selling accounts harder if they are linked that way

 

We at Microbot, are creating a launcher that allows you to import multiple jagex accounts without the need of logging in everytime you switch a jagex account. Pm me if you are interested in opensource projects

 

Maybe I'll finally make some money. I got so many legacy accounts ; I hope the lack of accounts on the market makes it worth something.

 

It seems like the accounts are pretty much worthless right now. Being the original owner of your main is a much more important factor.

 

As legacy RuneScape accounts become rarer and hold unique, nostalgic features, their value is expected to rise over time. With increasing demand from both nostalgic veterans and new players seeking a head start, these accounts are likely to become more valuable investments.

Plus the ban rate while not proven to be better imo is less than fresh or non legacy accounts for not just botting but RWTing.
