Mass Unjust Account Suspension on Eldorado.gg - No Reason Given

I’m writing to share my frustrating experience with Eldorado.gg, a platform where I’ve been working hard to build a good reputation and trust with my customers. Recently, my account was permanently suspended without any clear reason or warning, and the response from Eldorado's support has been incredibly disappointing.

Account Suspension:
Reason Given: Internal decision

Response from Support:
"Hello. Your account has been permanently suspended due to an internal decision. Unfortunately, no further information will be disclosed. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it is Eldorado.gg's right to decline membership on the site as part of our security process, even if you have submitted verification documents for the first time. If the Eldorado team finds anything suspicious, your account can be suspended without providing any further details. In other words, it's just a security protocol for safety & risk management. Permanent suspensions are not negotiable. Any further questioning or negotiating about the suspension itself will be disregarded. I hope you have a great day and we apologize for the inconvenience caused."
This is the only explanation they provided—an “internal decision” with no further information. They pointed to their Terms of Service, specifically paragraph 4.4, which essentially states that they can suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, at their sole discretion.

Attempting to Get Answers:
After receiving this response, I reached out again via email, hoping to get some clarity. Here’s the response I received:

"Hello, thank you for your email. Your account has been permanently suspended due to an internal decision by our system. Unfortunately, no information as to why that happened can be disclosed. Sorry about the inconvenience. Please refer to our Terms of Service (4.4 paragraph) for more information."

Paragraph 4.4 of Eldorado’s Terms of Service:
According to paragraph 4.4 of their Terms of Service:

Eldorado can suspend or terminate a user's account if they believe there is a breach of agreement, inaccurate information, harmful user conduct, or for any reason at their sole discretion.

The Bigger Issue:
This situation is incredibly frustrating for those of us who have put in a lot of effort to build a positive reputation on the platform. We work hard to gain trust, secure orders, and ensure customer satisfaction, only to be banned without any clear reason or recourse.

Additionally, for sellers who had balances on their accounts, Eldorado is only allowing withdrawals after 30 days. This is concerning, especially since there is no guarantee that the balance will be accessible after the suspension period. The lack of immediate access to funds only adds to the frustration and uncertainty.

I’m not alone in this—I've found others who have experienced similar issues. One seller, in particular, shared his experience of having his chat disabled, making it impossible for him to assist his customers. When he tried to address the issue with support, he was met with indifference.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing the conversation that highlights the disregard Eldorado’s support seems to have for their sellers.

Investigations:
I decided to dig a little deeper and found out that there seems to be a mass suspension of users on Eldorado. I checked out their reviews on Trustpilot and found multiple people complaining about the same suspension issues—even loyal sellers who have been with Eldorado for a long time were suddenly suspended without any reason.





I found out that several people from relatives are also facing the same problem.
My friend has 1485 Orders (99.5% possitive feedback) he never broke any rules on eldorado market place. He asked in live chat support was reason, they just told him it was Internal decision, even blocked him from live chat, without giving any answers.

Conclusion:
It’s extremely disappointing to see a platform treat its sellers this way, especially those of us who have worked hard to maintain our profiles and deliver excellent service. If you’re considering using Eldorado.gg as a marketplace, be aware that this could happen to you as well.

Has anyone else here experienced something similar with Eldorado or any other marketplace? Let’s discuss this—hopefully, we can find a way to prevent this from happening to more people.

Yes I was banned just for creating 2 accounts because I didn't remember the pw. Unfair tbh.

 

Eldorado is literally run by assholes, they dont give give a fuck about their sellers. Its just not worth selling there even though the customer traffic there is immense, you still gonna be treated like shit.

 

agreed except they dont give a fuck about anyone. literally bought services from there and I was scammed right in front of them. thankfully my bank gives a fuck and I got my money back.

 

I got banned out of the blue aswell, 429 feeedback and my score was 100%

 

I was interested in selling accounts on eldorado but after reading all this, I think I will pass on it, what a shame.

 

If you sell something you will get your money eventually if you get banned, so thats not the case. So try to get most out of that platform as you can

 

I haven't started selling but if it's such a terrible company, I do not want them to make money from me either xD

 

But I prefer to sell accounts through eldorado/playerauctions vs sythe. Less questions asked

 

between PA and Eldorado, whats the easier platform to start up shop?

Eldo fee is 15%

I would say both are easy.

What are you talking about, what alias? Just got reply from eldorado, I can tell its just automated system suspendation, and they don't even review accounts manually.

also there is a seller with 2 usernames "MonkeyGaming" and "MoneyGaming" both accounts interact with each other.

There is a seller who is utilizing 2 selling accounts to interact with each other. He is buying my accounts on eldorado and re-listing them for double the price he paid me. Due to his high feedback score he takes up the entirety of page 1 for advertising and I have seen a decrease in sales due to this vendors actions of abusing his feedback level to move into new markets and appear to be a longstanding established vendor there when he is brand new and has no idea what he is doing forcing me to be his customer supprt. This does not feel very fair or within the rules in any way as a seller. The vendor claims management is aware of their actions and does not care.

ive tried reporting this seller and my reports were ignored multiple times so I am bringing it to your attention publically now that these vendors are making your website not only look overpriced but they are shoving out longstanding smaller vendors at the same time.
