Virtgold refusing to pay me for my jobs after taking my worker roles away

Explanation of the trade: They removed my worker role and didn't pay me until today
How they scammed: One of the managers has scamquit in the server, I used to be friends with this manager, and now they dont trust me anymore and removed my worker roles, they are now refusing to pay me any money for the work I did unless I write a police report, however I didnt scam anyone and its none of my business to do that https://i.imgur.com/PSVYklz.png

Hello this person and the one who hired him was his friend he told me to hire him i did not hire this guy. and his friend scam quit 3000M ironman bank after 3 years of work, so what am i supposed to do here?

 

you can see i said i wouldnt take $1 from him in the screenshot, and he did not request his withdrawal and he did not even discuss back. so not sure where is the scam.

 

before I was fired I asked for payment and until I was fired I haven't received the money until today.
I asked you yesterday when you would pay me, but you told me to make a police report first.
I was not involved in your problem with my friend because we are in different cities. He stole from you, I was not involved in the theft either.
He invited me to work at your place, that doesn't mean I work for him, I still work for you.

 

I wish i had it but i remember sfyn telling me to please hire him cuz hes his friend, its in my old server unfortunately everything is deleted. i will take responsbility for this as he is my employee no worries. as i mentioned in the discussion i asked him if he can do a police report i did not say if he doesnt i will take everything.

unfortunately i will not be paying anything to logiztha. Reason is i literally can not and it is the following:
We had Stripe as our payment gateway and it took all of our funds and we did our best to not get reported on sythe to keep getting work and try to pay debt and many workers. @Heera @YanLiLi and many others. but facing a report like this will just slow us down. right now a lot of people we are paying slowly and the thing like this we cannot pay it unfortunately. we tried our best to keep clean here and pay everyone but sythe will keeps its rules, and i agree with sythe it should do as it sees fit. that and sfyn exiting with 3b ironman bank and $1200 ( 3 years of work ) and many managers quitting on top of it. certainely not the point where i saw myself getting into. but it is what it is. i am not going to keep fighting for a thing everyone is against me for. i will keep trying to pay everyone who was patient to be paid, but i will not pay this guy. and i accept the ban for it. not only will this slow down everyones debt but all workers included. @sfyn was the biggest damage from this. it might not sound big for virtgold company but when theres many employees involved it does.
Therefore i request a ban from sythe. thank you for everything. it is unfortunately out of my hands i wanted to slowly pay everyone but to be forced to a report or a precedent like this will slow the payout for everyone else. and i wanted to make decisions on my own but i guess working under sythe is that we have to abide by the rules. and there is nothing i can do unfortunately right now to pay him therefore i accept the ban as is. thank you.
