    Explanation of the trade: I was in Meno's discord (https://www.sythe.org/members/meno.1030748/) buying spawnpk gold, NSEA is (was) a worker of Meno's. He told me he had an account with 110T and another with 150T. I decided to buy the 110T account. I sent the LTC to him ($672 worth), he claims to contact the seller of the 110T account to which he receives no response.

    Then he says he is now talking to the 150T account seller, and then says he can ask the seller to sell me the rest of the 40T (since I already paid for 110T) at a discount to me. He then claims the seller agrees to sell the rest to me at a discounted rate of $200 worth of LTC. I send the LTC over, he tells me to wait and stops responding. Then proceeds to delete himself from Mano's server, I messaged him outside of Meno's discord and he does not reply either. https://i.gyazo.com/87a50cd4b7bc4d428bea30c6a4407cd1.png

    He might start scamming his customers there as well.

    How they scammed: Does not deliver on the promised account/goods after payment of a total of $873 worth of LTC, ghosts me and deletes himself from Meno's discord.

    @Meno has sent me the transcript. It's evident that @NSEA received the payment and left the server.
    You mention that you were scammed for $873 USD (10.60488625 LTC) but from what I can tell you sent $680 (8.131479 LT). Please let me know if I'm missing something, was an additional amount sent as well?

    Yes, an additional $200 worth was sent [Jun 2, 2024 11:09 PM] near the end of the transcript where i said "okay sent"

    As this trade occurred in @Meno Discord server, the owner (@Meno) is ultimately responsible and liable for the actions of his workers/partners. @Meno please refund @PopSmokeYYDS.
    The debt will get transferred, so @NSEA will now owe this amount to Meno.

    Hi, if possible, I am only reporting NSEA and not Meno. I have done numerous deals with Meno personally and have absolutely no issues with him.

    I understand the ToS part of his discord that I am only able to recuperate 500m as that is the deposit of the worker.
    I fully acknowledge the risk I took, I do not wish for this punishment to be passed down to Meno and affect his business.

    If it will affect Meno, then I will be willing to resolve this issue privately with him.

    The purpose of this report is to report the scammer NSEA and I do not wish for this to affect Meno and what he has built.

    @NSEA will owe this amount to @PopSmokeYYDS.
    They have been banned and will to pay this back + succesfully pardon in order to get their market access back.
