    Scammer sythe; Corby

    Scammed for an 07/Stake account, Purchased 3 months ago for 240m.

    He gave me another staking account lower than the original one i purchased, i said i was not happy with it due to the fact the one he had scammed me for was higher stats.. and i had put work into it over the coming months, And gold memberships ETC was starting to look like an actual main.. so by the end of it i just took my refund '240m what i had originally paid for the account' while being flamed for almost an hour being called names and saying its my fault that his team scammed me... im still down around 60m into the account, and 3 months worth of work and training...

    Quick edit: he went from not wanting to refund me to wanting to refund me.. by the end i just took the refund for the simple fact he was getting really aggressive, Calling me names and stuff via discord.. im sorry for all this drama, i went to him first as a friend.. hoping he could help me and fix it.. i didnt blame him at all or anything like that.. started as civil ended as him blocking me calling me a dickhead, dick hole and other malicious names..

    This customer has been fully refunded their original purchase of 240m OSRS gold, but not after taking a replacement account which had no email registered and deciding they did not want it. Threatening to make this exact report if they did not get their original purchase of 240m back which they got after I added my email and secured the account back to my possession devaluing it. This customer has now caused me in excss of $20 in damages to the replacement account which more than makes up for the 60m they claim was stolen from the account being recovered.

    There is no scam. They have been refunded.

    Also. The customer admitted to having read my ToS 3 months ago, and despite the fact my 30 day warranty had expired, i still refunded them. Explicitly to avoid them making a dispute but they decided to do that anyway it seems.

    Photo of customer admitting to having read my ToS before originally buying https://i.imgur.com/0JyCbVu.png meaning I have already went above and beyond by refunding them not once but TWICE out of warranty because they could not make up their mind on what kind of refund they wanted. Causing myself an extra $20 in damages.

    After listening to you insult me for almost an hour scamming me malicious names? and i'm still down money on the account and months of work? how isit my fault you employ scammers to make accounts for you? they use your name in order to sell these accounts... and you admitted yourself its him scamming 'your' customers there for it should be your responsibility to make it right

    Yes, I had you repeat my ToS to me again which explicity states 30 days maximum and yet here i am refunding you 90 days later in full. Despite the fact you said you had read it previous i made you explicity repeat my warranty because i was going out of my way 90 days after sale to make you whole and instead you caused more damags to myself by changing your method of refund and then making a report anyway afterwards.

    Because despite you claiming you fully read my ToS for your original purchase I failed to confirm in writing that you read it so I gave you a refund in full.


    My warrant explicity states I am not the Original Owner of my accounts and that my warranty is 30 days. I rarely have anybody reporting thefts like this and I even went out of my way to refund you fully before you made a report before you decided to do so anyway. I should have made you keep the replacement account because the entire agreement was I take the replacement back, suffer $20 in damages, and refund you with 240m in exhcange for you not making this report and yet here we are.

    in the end though you still scammed people and let you 'workers' scam people and wont take responsibility for it.. its ur name and rep on the line you should put it right.. instead of siting here trying to cover it up

    I didnt scam anybody I refunded you in full, took all of the losses, and you are making a report over what? You received a full refund out of warranty and decided to make a scam report anyway just to hurt my reputation further.

    * you received a replacement, 2 months out of warranty, decided u didnt want it causing $20 in damages returning it, THEN got a full refund to your original payment method AND STILL MADE A SCAM REPORT.

    I fixed my original message.

    Again this is all assuming you are telling the truth because there is no way to verify my worker actually even recovered the account. I am simply going off the fact the employee was fired for previous thefts that you are telling the truth. I refunded you in full, the worker is fired, what is this scam report for? What scam occured you got a full refund, twice i may add because you refused the first method that you originally accepted.

    @Corby is only liable to refund the purchase price for the account. There also is no way to verify the amount of gold on the account so we cannot hold him liable for a refund.
    I am going to close this report as a refund was already given.
