Gamax worker botted my service

Heya,
To begin with, I didn't want to make any sort of dispute regarding this in the first place since at first it wasn't that big of a deal to me, but the absolute lack of accountability from the service providers side forced me to instead waste several hours of my day towards this problem instead of just admitting being at fault.

I'm not sure if this falls under scams, rather just breaking ToS (since selling a botted service under the guise of it being a hand-trained service, or failing to inform the service would be botted is against ToS found here: [Section Rules] Old School RuneScape Skill Training) so in case this is the wrong place for this thread, feel free to move it to the correct forum section; but would like this addressed nevertheless.

Explanation of the trade:
Basically, a while back I made a thread looking to get some thieving done on my UIM (link to thread: Uim 55-94 thieving) and he was one of the ones that replied, and since he offered a solo Wintertodt service as well which would be ideal to get done prior to the thieving grind I decided to go with his services. He was new to the site but he seemed nice enough so I decided to give him a chance since at the end of the day, it wasn't that much money. The quote for the thieving part that he replied with in the thread was $75, but altogether with the wt service and other minor things such as agility I paid $140 in LTC. Either way; my service went by painlessly and well in the beginning, and I even discussed potential other services in the future since I got along with Gamax at the time and thought he seemed like a nice guy. But the moment my thieving service began, I started getting a bit suspicious as the account getting serviced was keeping up very consistant XP rates, it went from 56 thieving to all the way to 80 doing blackjacking without taking so much as a break (about 10 hours of EHP, Fumo Plush - Tracking - TempleOSRS and anyone that has done blackjacking can see why this would be kind of weird, it's a very intense method especially for long periods at a time. I also noticed the account logging in and out quite frequently which I thought was weird. I suspected that it might be getting botted, but I decided to at least go and take a look for myself in game and I'll provide some videos of what I found below:

I have more footage of this same behaviour, but it's not necessary as when Gamax confronted his worker his so called worker said that his "13 year old sister" had been instructed to turn on this "AutoHopper" plugin (note the name, it'll be important in a second) but that she was doing all the work by hand, and that someone just conveniently sent her the plugin a long time ago. https://i.imgur.com/5jutTwl.png

Well don't you find the whole highlighted [P-UZ]-part before the plugin name a bit odd? Well so did I and upon a quick google search I stumbled upon this video: , basically another "P-UZ" plugin, but as you can see it's not really a Runelite plugin but rather a bot script running as a spoofed Runelite plugin. I decided to take it upon myself to join the Discord linked in the description of the video to confirm the plugin was theirs:

Gamax tried to argue she had only installed the AutoHopper plugin so:

So from this we can conclude that it comes as a package, and that there is no way she could've just gotten this "AutoHopper" plugin sent to her, also to add onto this, you can't just regularly install these as normal Runelite plugins, but instead it's quite the lengthy process, here is a partial screenshot of their instructions to give you an idea:

So to conclude, obviously his workers "13 year old sister" didn't just randomly get this "Runelite plugin" sent to her a long time ago, and even less likely, she didn't install a whole spoofed Runelite loader for a bot script package, not being able to even speak English, a "long time ago" when she presumably would've been even younger than 13. Obviously his worker is using this to bot and blaming it on this "13 year old sister" of his, whether she actually exists or not.

After this whole debacle, Gamax tried to argue that she only used the AutoHopper script (which still would technically be botting) but that she did the thieving by hand; which I shouldn't even have to explain why it would be highly improbable. Obviously this "13 year old sister" didn't get a bot client to only use "AutoHopper" and then sit there for 10 hours straight doing perfect blackjacking by hand on this same bot client whilst only using the auto hop script. I think Gamax mentioned that his worker did it the first few hours and then his sister but I've no clue and honestly at this point shouldn't even matter.

Gamax then further tried arguing that the blackjacking script they provide was in "beta" and wouldn't have sufficed to do all that blackjacking, but despite this I found various testimonies in this server that the blackjacking script was indeed working, I suppose you just had to tweak and play around with it for a bit. Another thing that also kind of devalues his counter-argument is that in their FAQ they mentioned you're able to use other peoples scripts in combination with theirs, though likely I think the worker just used theirs and got it to work, but if not that is another possibility. I'll provide screenshots of all this below:

Basically from what I read around in the server, even though it seems to still be in "beta", it still works as long as you set up your config correctly.

Proof you can use "plugins from other providers" ie, different scripts with along with their scripts; so even if it was "broken" he could as well have been using another script along with it, although I believe he was just using the P-UZ one seen in the video.

Basically to summarize, obviously his "13 year old sister" didn't go through all the hassle for this spoofed Runelite bot client just to use "AutoHopper", and I'm losing my remaining braincells going back and forth with Gamax over this and just wished they would take accountability instead, so here I am. He just keeps going in circles arguing that she only used "AutoHopper" but that the thieving was done by hand, and as we all know this is obviously a half-assed lie and even in the nonexistent universe where this could be the case, that would still count as botting.

Just in general I feel like this whole thing has been such a waste of time for me, even writing this entire ticket out has taken up maybe an hour of my day at this point and all in all just time I could've spent towards something sensible rather than this brainless debate. Please weigh in on this as I'm at the end of the road of my patience here.

Also right as I posted this I reread the section rules for the way evidence is supposed to be posted and noticed a rule I glanced over before regarding how discord screenshots need to be fullscreened, so if necessary I can re-do those parts as I believe I only cropped the relevant information out of most as a way to establish clarity since this thread is so long, but at the moment I'm just exhausted of this whole thing and feel like I've already provided more than enough proof. But let me know if it's absolutely necessary and I'll redo those screenshots in question.

sythe staff team if it helps i dont mind joining a 3 chat group who ever takes this report and i got plenty of evidence that can prove we never bot on hes account also making a discord chat will help and avoid a spamm on this section, let me know who to add.

so he order solo wintertodt/ thieving 55-94 and wintertodt ticket got deleted since we finished it successfully and told him to reopen a new ticket once he was ready for thieving since he started playing hes UIM account this is the transcript of our thieving ticket.

i will like to note in here account was never botted everything was hand trained the only issue was my worker was doing the blackjacking and he let her sister do the blackjacking for him while he was gone there was no thieving bot or plug in used for this it only had one plug in that was a "AUTOHOPPER" something that dosen't effect on any way blackjacking, yes why does she had a "autohopper" plugg in
as many people know, many venezulenas do revenant's and if you have ever pk you notice many people hops instantly it has happend to me when i used to pk, maybe that was the problem she did not turn it off, now @aikau is assuming my worker WAS botting on hes account because of a autohopping so fast
nothing else @aikau UIM has not being banned for macro on any way during our services "ASSUMING" my worker was botting it's not the same as botting.

i search around same as he did ask about information about the plugg in, oh yeah he did hes best to get me kicked from the botting server btw to avoid getting more information about that plug in but i got enough proof.

according to p-zu plugg in server the blackjacking plug in is broken something @aikau is accusing my worker, because he gain 2m xp in about 10-13 hrs?


thats the xp per hr doing blackjacking, even admins state its broken (beta) and that he wont get much xp? after that screenshot i show him he made another excuses such if i can provide a video of my worker doing blackjacking and i accepted since i got nothing to hide.

now there's more i will happyly show any video he asks since he offer me 10K crypto if i can prove that my worker can get 2m xp for 10-11 hrs so i need mods to please ask for 10k crypto so i can get it when all this fake report is done.

I didn’t do anything to get you kicked from their server, they randomly pinged me saying they had kicked you since he claimed you tried to spin the situation in your favour with your questions, as I already showed in the pictures in my last message. Everything else you’ve said I’ve already addressed or disproved in my original thread so I don’t feel the need to answer anything else as we’ll just end up going in circles again like we did in the original ticket between you and me; which is the reason I made this dispute in the first place.

Letting the admins handle this and I’ll provide anything asked if possible since I just went on vacation until Sunday; although I feel like I’ve already provided more than enough as is.

i ask my worker to show me full screen of runelite and he did with the plug in? also i can refund if it's needed but ive provided everything you asked and hes just assuming hes account was being botted and like i said account has not even being banned for macro and this is not the first order we have done to him but if thats your last decision i will refund. as he agree to my TOS aswell i will refund 75% of thieving payment.

wintertodt was $75 and $65 for thieving meaning it was $140 total let me know if we are good with the $55 refund for thieving order @Pikachu
