do last few levels really matter?

like is there a big difference between 90-99 attack or def?

92-99 is the same as 1-92 is it really worth it?

 

yes there is a differance between 90-99. however i cant tell the difference from 98 defence and 99 defence..

 

Well not usually for every level but I know for strength your max hit used to increase by 1 every 4 levels (before constitution update) so I would say 92-99 does make an impact but most people just like 99 to have the cape and some sense of achievement.

for an extra 7m xp or so i dont think 90-99 attack is worth it tbh...

i would say 97 would be good because those extra couple hits are nice but otherwise you dont really have to because you will stay a lower cb anyway...or get 99 and be a boss with the cape

I think you got it messed up. 1-92 is the SAME XP as 92-99. As far as max hits, yes they are different. Except maybe from 97-99.

 

If youre going to level anyways, 99 is definetely cooler than 97 or 98 but if you aren't I wouldnt take the extra trouble from 90-99. So it's either all or nothing personally. My stats are currently 90-99-85

 

I think it's worth it for the cape partially, but mainly for the credit and respect you get in-game (if the skillcape isn't Cooking, Fletch or Firemaking )

 

Yeah, like others have said. 99 is well worth it. The capes are awesome and saying you have 99 is just sweet.
