    Well first of all, get some trading history, some vouches and posts etc etc. Then you can talk it over with a mod later on.

    I buy all accounts from a guy. I'm not sure if he hacked but probz the unverified I think that means they can't recover. It's how everyone sells accounts on sythe.

    You're wrong. Both Verified & Unverified Accounts can be super easy recovered. It depends of the original owner if he cares, if he isn't dump and have somethin' in his head, of the playtime, date of the account, digits, etc.
