    This is kinda two reports in one, I didn’t know where to put it.

    Ban Evasion -
    Link to current Sythe account: Nwotsenoj
    Link to banned Sythe account(s): Dvy
    Miika
    Miikaitanenn
    Reason:MM’d an account he was selling from Nwotsenoj

    His Coinbase email to receive the payment from links to this report -
    Miikaitanenn/Vkiiw - Add to ban

    I currently have $423 that belongs to @whotfisberry
    He no longer wants the account because of @Nwotsenoj previous issues, however by the time this was revealed, he already linked the account to his Jagex launcher and cannot get it off. I believe the only way for @Nwotsenoj to get the account back would be by recovering. However @whotfisberry would like his money back now.

    please let us know how we should move forward

    The money can be returned to the buyer, it would be unfair and unjust to force him to continue the transaction with someone who is not allowed to be trading here.
    @Nwotsenoj is free to recover his account as it is possible to do so, even on the new account system Jagex has implemented. This individual will also be banned and given a DNT for evading his DNT on @Dvy

    Edit: there is a risk of his accounts being banned, this should be considered by the account buyer
