Need help with a Quest

EDIT: Solved. I know what the problem was and don't need any help. Lock please.

I am at the last step in Quest "Elemental Workshop II" where I have to make a Elemental Mind Helm. I have the Beaten Book and the Mind Bar in my inventory but when I use the Elemental Mind Bar on the Workbenches, It says...

"The equipment is too complicated.
You need instructions to follow. Maybe that battered book contains some?"

I have the Battered/Beaten book in my inventory but I still can't smith the Elemental Mind Helm.

Anyone know where things went wrong?

Yes I have read the book and I only have 1 Beaten and 1 Scroll in my inventory in which I can read, need any other books?

 

No one can help?
