This Player also known as Pis2ols in discord and on runescape was hosting a Black PHat giveaway. I won the giveaway and after 4 days of the admins not replying to any pings or DM's I was on stream and I said I was trying to not be scammed by them (do to the lack of communication) and they banned me, said I told them to give the item to someone else on there sever ( I never did) and they changed the giveaway 3 times. From a Black PHat to 5bill gp (1/3rd the original prize) and now changed it to a giveaway based on invites to there server. I don't want anyone else to have to be scammed by this player that has been in the gam for a long time and has reach in many places. Please don't let them continue to screw over players.

For an update. I was told the reason I did not win is because I broke a rule by saying and I quote "Trying to not get scammed by ely" apparently its not ok to question if your being scammed after they ignore you for several days. They are trying to say this is a break of tos lol Its ridiculous. Then they went on my twitter and said because I liked a status for a gambling site (that I have proof I don't use lol) means I RWT. Again I have proof I don't need to rwt and I don't. However there account listed above is for RWT.... What sorta hypocritical bs is this? and all the allegations come from one of there admins that when reading anything skips 99% of the text and just makes up a story about what's going on. If anyone needs any sort of screenshots or anything feel free to message me I have every post I made on there server from 2022, till yesterday when I was banned along with dms and anything that might be needed. I have been completely transparent and they consistently are trying to slander me with no proof just lots of loud noise. Still waiting on a single screenshot from them proving I broke any rule, slandered them (all allegations I made came after I was banned and blocked so they did scam me so far aka the information is true therefore not slander) or made a RWT. So I'm waiting....

- I have my own Discord name trading community. In the past, I did promote other Discord communities I ran as a Rank to help with my name services. Haven't touched the game or Sythe in years.

- From info passed to me, looks like you got hit with a rwt ban and were disqualified. Unlike Sythe, some Discords understandably have their own policies and don't trade accounts with rwt flags.

Ah Looks like you read into some misinformation, there were no rules prior to a week after trying to claim the winnings. The RWT in question is on a alt account that was blank traded a bond, not any accounts in question. To be honest the lack of rules on the discord surprised me and they are just making any excuse they can to avoid the pay out. Still waiting on payment as there were no rules that were broken when drawing was pulled or afterwards. I have never know any business, discord or other to make rules after a week of not allowing there winner to claim. Not to mention they tried to change the pay out 3 times before making up an excuse to try and not pay out host. Your name and your discord you rep is the same exact as the person in question <3

 

Also I don't understand how trying to win ETH a crypto currency is considered RWT for runescape? Just odd that because I like a post to try and win 500$ usd in crypto would allow you to slander me and not payout.

 

The thing about it is if you scam people on discord and in game then it doesn't matter the platform, your likely to scam again unless someone stands up to stop you from doing it. Your under allegations from all over the community for scamming people, altering prices, photoshopping G.E. purchases, rwt, and much much more. Your right hand man is slandering people, making fun of disabled people and much more and directly reflects you and your team as he wears your badge everywhere. This all could have been avoided but your trying anything you can to not keep a promise you made to the community. I have every message from 2022 till I was block and banned for saying one thing "I'm trying to not get scammed by ELY" a week after payment was already past due. The only people that would be privy to this information would be Pis2ols and Berlin there right hand man on the server. For this "amy" profile to take screenshots of my twitter without knowing my username (cuz I never posted it here) is very odd if I do say so myself seeing how they are claiming to not be the person in question. If you need anything else feel free to request it, I have ever screenshot from everything that happened along with other members messages stating what they seen happen and screenshots they have taken. The report was arguing that a free giveaway was "Scamming" instead of "Disqualification". Here's why it's a disqualification instead of scamming.

Server disqualification reasons were:

a. Giveaway hosts do not trade people with real world trade bans
b. Jagex affiliated servers do not support players advertising RWT websites
c. Person was intentionally cropping out of context screenshots to spread lies
d. Person was encouraging Discord Raiding and Spamming + Incited Death Threats against admins
e. Having alts in a Discord bans someone

Before anything else, these rules were not in place until 2 weeks after I was pulled as a winner.

A: One of my accounts was auto flagged for a rwt after I won a giveaway and I'm actively working with jagex to resolve this.

B: Never tried to hide anything? I promoted a tweet to win $500 in crypto currency. Once I was told It was something they didn't allow I removed my retweet. To comply with them.

C: Never cropped anything out of context, Legit have every message unedited on my discord and will provide. Show me what was cropped out of place and ill post the full picture. Also never made any alts so would love to see this alt that was flagged with double counter. My wife is on there discord and that's the only other person that could be on there. She has never even posted on there discord so this is more bs your trying to feed. Again I have every message from 2022 till I was banned, recorded on video and with screenshots so tell me what you need to see.

D: I never made any threats, someone else did and in the video I even say I would never wish that on anyone so again more bs. Post the video so they can hear what's said. Seeing how the videos were also clipped out of context. I have no control over what someone else says and I said I don't agree with them so keep digging yourself into a hole. I don't even know what you mean by the "Raiding" so explain and provide prof of that as well. Looks like half your links aren't even working and that confuses me cuz its supposed to be your prof.

E: Again never made a discord alt and my main account was never flagged for RWT, Also I don't RWT I have no need to. I farm gp on 20 accounts everyday so that I can host giveaways and give back to the runescape community. I have accounts that afk divine charges all day that I manually play. If need be ill share my bank statements with the admins of this server. As I said before I have nothing to hide and can provide anything needed to get this fixed.

As context for my statement everything above was either taken out of context, slander and or made up to try and ruin my name in the community and all have been proven to be false and I still have the backing of the community because I have unedited documentation to prove that what your saying is a lie, assumptions and or taken out of context. Anyone that I talked to about the giveaway I actively told them to not do anything and they made a choice to do whatever they wanted ageist my will. Again I can not control another adult, I never told anyone to spam in there discord and if they did it, they did so on there own because they felt so strongly about the matter knowing that I am a good person and should have never fell victims to such a scam. They felt bad for me and took it apon themselves to do whatever they did (I don't know what they did because I was banned) even after I told them not to do anything or start any problems. Show me 1 message where I told someone to raid the server or start problems, you cant because they do not exist. I am a kind hearted person that takes care of my own problems that's why I went here and to reddit and twitter. I didn't ask anyone to fight for me and never would. I never made any threats, have all the messages so nothing was out of context. Please stop wasting our time and tying to lie about nonsense. It is slander and unbecoming of you. Tell me what was taken out of context and ill post everything that you need to clear this up, along with all the other pages of harassment I received from the ELY team. Lastly other members have screenshots and messages sent to me telling me you are in fact Pis2ols which brings me back to an earlier message where you claim to not be. You keep lying in this and my story has stayed the same the whole time. How can we trust you if your not providing actual evidence and just keep throwing things out that are taken out of context and other people said/did and try to claim I put them up to it with no proof? Its the pot calling the kettle black with everything you have said so far. So me proof of all these assumptions and allegations your making and you might have a leg to stand on but I know non of this exists so good luck in that endeavor.
