Explanation of the trade: I've contacted him after i saw a posting of him on sythe selling his rs3 'ex' maxed account, after we reached an agreement for €185 through PayPal, i've send him the money however he keeps delaying giving me the info by saying he keeps getting more information regarding the account, after some time he stopt responding completely and i'm still waiting for the account i've purchased
How they scammed: Not delivering the account i've purchased.

Update to this: I've informed him that i've reported him on sythe and i'm still willing to continue this trade regardless, if @Shen doesn't want to continue then i'd suggest him to pay me back and this would be cleared. I really don't mind bout the money it's more the fact of mutual respect & being honest in life. If he wishes to continue ignoring me it just shows what kind of low self-esteem this man has and it shows the danger he is for the community. imgur.com

There was less than an hour time between sending the money and the Paypal dispute/sythe report
They will get their money back on paypal

Alright first of all, Yes have i disputed it on PayPal to try and get my money back after he was clearly not responding, He was continuesely appearing online on discord, it's not hard to send a message ''Hey, i'm having internet troubles'' However to his response i've canceled the dispute to the fact that the money is in my eye's of little worth as i really just want him to deliver the account i've purchased however since he refuses again & again to give it regardless of the report or not it's just not going anywhere. he's acting immature. I'm not the type of dude that starts ''Flaming or being outright rude'', however my temperment got the better of me due to his careless response of the situation. it's just pathetic. I'm still trying to resolve this issue by either him refunding the money on paypal which by this time still hasn't happend or deliver the account as promised and advertised on his selling thread.

FYI: it was over an hour from when the money was send to you on paypal and the report on scythe. Check the timings please.

 

@Yoshiki Still nothing from @Shen He's refusing to pay me back or delivering the account. Is there anything that can be done?

 

@Yoshiki The PayPal dispute has been denied. Due to the fact that i send as family and friends, You need proof of this?.

 

Nope, Paypal has denied the refund. & He's still willing to not refund my money nor deliver the account.

 

I guess he doesn't care for his status on sythe
