Do you think you're a good person?

I feel I am a very good person. I can not see anyone sad. If I see a stranger upset, I will not hesitate to ask them if I can help. I almost always think about others before I think about myself. I am no god by any means. I just like helping people.

 

Eh, depends on the scenario.

I help people consistently with a variety of problems. (Varying from an lady broke down on the road, to simply holding the door for someone.(Contrary to believe, I'm not a dick; I just like messing around >.>..)

I'm also a very blunt person though and this comes off as offensive at times.. If I'm thinking something, I'll say it.(Assuming it needs to be said.)

 

I'm a good person for people who deserve to be treated with respect. The others, no. I'm not going to be nice to a person who makes no effort to do the same for me or others.

 

The real question is "What makes someone a good person?" Otherwise it is rather difficult to determine with different cultures, etc. However I'd like to think I am a good person. I have had my instances where I've done immature things, but I do generally try to be helpful.

 

I think i am a good person at heart.

I generally care about people and like to help others out.

On the other hand, i can be harsh, and i have a tendency to take jokes to far which usually comes a crossed as bullying, but it's not intentional.

 

I try to be. Like helping an old lady in one of those driving carts at Wallmart put stuff back in the cart at the checkout.... She was really surprised and happy. And the cashier thanked me too and was surprised as well. It makes me feel good, but at the same time makes me feel like shit since it seems like not many others can take the effort to help others with just simple things and that bothers me.

 

I help others, but at the same time i'm straight forward and i love speaking my mind.
Even if theirs nothing nice in it.

 

Generally I help people out alot. And treat people with the respect that they mirror.

But there's times where people just are ignorant and need to be treated like shit.

 

At times I feel like a councilor. I often have people IM me about an issue they may have with a boyfriend/girlfriend or something wrong in school and most of them seem to like my advice. I have a very good heart and feel terrible if I were to rip someone off because I know how it feels to be on the flip side of the coin. I don't know. I think this is a question that needs to be analyzed by other people around you because who isn't going to say they're a good person?

Depends what's a good person.. I try to be, but sometimes it just happen otherwise.

What do you mean you would say yes? You basically just did and your statement was very contradictory.

I think I'm a good person. I'm have been and always will be here to help someone in need. That is the reason I initially joined this website, and still the reason I stick around today.

 

Well to elaborate I'm kind hearted. I'm pretty helpful I'm great natured. I don't get in fights I only have a couple of haters.

 

Yeah, I think I am. If someone was upset, I'd try my best to cheer them up and that's all you can do really.

I feel the same. I am way nice to people and they always take advantage of me. I still haven't learned

I try to help out as much as I can, stranger or friend.. Im willing to put my needs aside allmost every time, specially when my mom needs help with anything

--But the 1% badness is.. When Im pissed, I tend to make it a living hell to everyone else.
Ohh, and I tend to make some overkill jokes about friends which end up getting pissed/sad.. and ofcourse, Im there to apologize ^^
