Explanation of the trade: I've worked on rsps and osrs service with him and he wont to pay me for last bills

How they scammed: I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Chaddy at Osrs Services for an extended period of time, during which time things have gone smoothly. Shadi made me an offer to join him in the RSPS market alongside our existing business. Although I was initially involved with someone else, I eventually moved into business with Chaddy on June 5, 2023. Over time, I asked Chaddy to pay me. However, he told me he was busy with other responsibilities, which resulted in a long wait. Unfortunately, during our interactions, Shadi displayed disrespectful behavior towards me, as evident in the attached photos. Right now, it's been more than 25 days since I last received any payment from him. When I expressed my concerns about the liquidation of my account, Chaddy responded in a dismissive manner, insisting that I remain patient or face the possibility of waiting an entire month.

Firstly, I'd like to state for the record that we did not have any ToS agreed upon in terms of payment.

Secondly, Chaddy is currently at a wedding (out of town) and won't be back until late tomorrow (Sunday)/early the following day (Monday). Once he is back, we still need to do sheet calculations before payment, so please be patient.

Saying "must be 2 weeks since your previous payment" does not imply that it is on a 2 week pay-cycle.

You are often offline for long periods of time, then want a payout immediately after a successful transaction when you come back. Anyway - neither here nor there, no point in arguing, we're here now so as I said, please be patient.

 

Hey @Yousef Eraqy, sorry if I misunderstood but Shadi = Chaddy, correct? I wasn't sure since you kept swapping from Shadi to Chaddy in the post so I'm just double checking you're referring to the same person.

Is there more to this by chance? Like any specific terms outside of you needing a minimum of 2 weeks of work prior to requesting cashout? I've asked for proof from Chaddy regarding that and sales done, but I wanted to hear from both sides. He said there was none and provided proof that a few trades were done from the 15th of July (day after last payment you received) until the 29th of July (last edit/sale you did), which you're within your right to ask for a payment after that date, but I wanted to double check if there was more information outside of that. I've included proof of that in a deleted post since it has sensitive information).

Also I was told $150 was sent to you yesterday until he fully calculated the sheet, can you confirm you received that?

Also sir i want to refer back to some day before he goes to vcation i asked him to pay me but he ignored me at first when i asked for more and more he said talk to Bal and Beard and leave me alone so i went to talk to them bal calculated 07 for 07 only and didn't calculate the rest and said chaddy who ordered him to do so, and when he collected it, I asked him to pay me, he said that chaddy said no, and I have to wait for him until he returns

This was mentioned July 11th, 2023. How come if you resigned, you continued to work afterwards? Clearly you didn't resign.
