    We wont confirm before the trade now but instead during the trade so there is no confusion (Was done so because once a buyer canceled as soon as we accepted trade).

    You're very welcome, RPGStash team. I understand the sentiment and from what we can see, you did not have plans of backing out on the order and you just wanted to meet your delivery time, but please be careful because some buyers may use this to make false claims against you. And yes, confirming it after the delivery is done or maybe right during the delivery at the same minute would be best, and you'll be protected this way.

    I was wondering how do I loggin to my account if i don't have access to my phone number? I know password / i have access to my email but NOT phone number.

    I also tried to create new PlayerAuctions account due to fact i can't login / recover my account but i never got PIN code to my number.

    Hi Doobie Dealer. Sorry, but creating a new account won't work and it will only get suspended once you verify it. We can transfer your new number on the new account to your old account, then use the old account instead.

    Please send me a PM:
    - Your PlayerAuctions registered email on the old account
    - The username of your new account
    - The exact number you used on the new account

    (This is for me to verify you own both of these accounts)

    I will then transfer the new number to the old PA account. I'm very sorry though as there might be a possibility that I can't reply back much later since it's the end of our business week, but I'll try to be back here as soon as possible and check within today.

    If i knew old number that was used to register that account I would not actually need any help :/
    So that is the problem - i have no access to that number and i have no idea how to set up new..as i said - email / passwords everything is not changed and still know by me..its the fact that i need number that does no exist anymore.

    I am 100% owner of my PA account. i mean i can tell you random accounts i sold years ago, i have access to email and password have not been changed for ages..i think its should be enough to prove im the guy?

    Sorry, you are correct; you may instead PM me the registered real name to both accounts. That should validate that you own these accounts with the information on the email addresses combined. I would still need the other information from my previous post.

    I apologize, I thought you had no access but was still aware what the number is, since we get a few of these concerns, too.

    Hi @PlayerAuctions I had an account sale auto closed by an admin on 30th August because a buyer didn't confirm delivery. Since then, the funds have sat in Reserve - my understanding is that these funds should be in my balance after 7 days and it's now approaching 14 days.

    Can you help at all.

    Hi r4mmstein. It's possible the order is still being processed because it had a 7, 14, or 30-day after-sale protection included with it. This extends your disbursement date by that amount of days. Your seller level also affects this. For more information, please check here:

    Hello, Playerauctions team, I'm here to report a seller on the platform who claims to do all the services manually, but he is using macros/bots and is lying to buyers/customers. I have evidence that shows him looking for bots to perform such services (INFERNAL CAPE). With this he is harming other sellers because he is charging very low for his services by using a third party program that is not allowed and he does not say in the advertisements that he is using these programs to complete the contracted services.
