Remove TWC please

A detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: hey dear I am unable to understand why you gave me TWC because I created a first-time Sythe account on this IP. By the way, many peoples near my area are using Sythe may be due to this you gave me twc because I have not used any VPN during account creation I installed my wired internet just today and created a Sythe account the first time this then Why you gave me twc I request you you to please remove twc on my account because I have created this account first time on my internet before I have tried to create an account from the wireless device but Sythe said this ip already used even I never created an account that device then I installed wired internet today and created an account successfully but now I got twc. please remove twc from my account thank you.

 

hey @Yoshiki I am posting from my home ip I am using wired internet, not wireless net sir.
I am using ptcl wifi which is only home ip available in my country
