    he said i scammed him which he said there was no msp on the account which there clearly was i refunded the money back so everything is fine and i still have the account but i am using a mm from now on

    Post a picture of the account showing it has 1,600 MSP and you'll avoid the whole problem. Or let someone trusted recover it and verify.

    ^ they dont need to recover it. You can just login to the www.xbox.com website and check from there. He is trusted i used cambo as a mm with him and he sold me his other account.
