Can I still buy gold on my main?

Yah they remove the gp on the warning detect, happend to me, lost 5b but thank god that just took the spirit shards that got traded to me

 

They don't remove gold in OSRS though. Interesting to see how they're stricter with RS3

They changed this recently however I assume its just for big amounts. 1b+

Yeah, this statement is not accurate. You can get banned for an RWT amount

 

I mule a lot of GP all through scripts, and I've never once experienced any problem with bans. I personally agree that it's a scare tactic. Although, there are cases where people have used an account to mule thousands of dollars of gold on, and Jagex has banned accounts like these after instigating personally. I doubt you would ever get flagged to that extreme though

 

I've been trading very frequently (in the bills) and mine has been safe, and it is also a 2277 main... but always be careful man

 

Honestly, it also comes down to pure luck with higher amounts..

A couple of my accounts recieved a temp-ban for buying GP.

So, Yes, JaGex is banning players - temporarily mind you.

The risk is still very low I would say, to be honest.

Personally, after that happened I used my phone (after disconnecting from my wifi) to make a 'mule' to recieve the GP and then trade it to another 'mule' account I made on my PC as well so there is two accounts with between the Gold Seller and my accounts. Then I just trade it over to my main or whichever of my accounts is recieving it at that moment.

I wouldn't worry too much to be honest.
JaGex is just trying to bully all Gold Sellers so they can hold a Monopoly on Selling Gold a.k.a. Bonds.

I believe Jagex is cracking down on RWT. I just got a warning for RWT and I have purchased around 1B over the past months in varying quantities.
