Are people actually getting banned for RWT?

I have been thinking about getting some gold on my 126 main but seeing all this news about RWT crack downs, Im kind of hesitant. Is anyone actually getting banned for buying? I have an alt that is around level 70 I could bond up to play on, but Im sure that would raise more red flags when I trade over to my main. Thoughts?

 

Still very low risk but bans are definitely more common right now

i wouldnt worry about it if youve got no offences on your account, just stop if u get a warning ofc

Yes, people are getting temp-banned for it but the risk is still very low.

If you're really worried, I would make an account on my phone (bond it via Accept Aid to remove your trade restictions immidiately, plus it helps IMO) to recieve the GP (disconnecting from the Wifi for a different IP) and when you get the Gold trade it to your main on your PC.

If you want to me even more secure, make an account on on your PC aswell as one on your Phone as stated above, that way the Account with your phone's IP recieves the GP from the Seller and trade it to your Account made on your PC.
Then just trade it over to your main, and you've put 2 accounts and IP's between your Gold Seller and your main.

It's not 100% full proof but it will definitely give you more layers of security than just buying it on your main.

But as stated previously the risk is very low, espically if you don't buy often.

I will probably just buy it on a pure I don't use and hold it for a few weeks and see what happens. I can not justify paying $1.30/mil through bonds.

Exactly. Bonds are a no go.
Yeah that's a pretty good idea. We just have to be extra careful now a days.
