    It doesn't mean loser, its the same thing as :p - I sent the explanation, L is diff from :L - I also show in my screenshots where you start saying it back to me repeatedly, do you read my responses to you? I wasn't arguing with you - I even have been saying here, you could have had a diplomatic conversation with me to resolve this but you've chosen not to - you are saying I'm disrespecting you and you don't tolerate disrespect, but you : don't have workers answering, muted me instead of having a conversation and were quick to be rude to me when you came into the ticket, you're not able to provide a refund and have a simple case closed. That's a bit hypocritical, I'm trying to get my gp back to have the service done and actually get responses. I don't know what part of this is so hard to grasp. I've been saying, we should wait for an admin response, but you keep coming here saying nonsense, contradicting my initial screenshots, and replying without answering. I hope you're able to work on your customer service from this encounter.

    You're not able to have a diplomatic conversation - that's why, you have terrible customer service and you're clearly quick to react without talking it out. You really should use this as a learning experience, because you've been quite unfair about this and to come posting and being even more rude is just ridiculous.

    You have not refunded me, for the third time I've not called you a loser once. You searched "L" on google, not ":L" which by the way, is a quite popular emoji. I received a 10% discount that your server had running in your announcements your assistant manager said, which I appreciated. If you were going to refund me, you could of told me that only Raven could (again, another thing I've had to repeat myself on), for whatever reason. If you were going to refund you'd have explained that, assured it'd be done when they were available and maybe even an apology for the experience, that would have went a long way, but instead you refuse, make assumptions, not listen to me even on this thread and continue to say, you're going to refund me but not. Yet I've disrespected you, makes a whole lot of sense.

    i did tell you i will refund you, basically we agreed to everything you wanted and u continued the disrespect. and u want us to comply to whatever you want, which we did and then you called us unprofessional after all what we have complied to do. and continued to disrespect and now you are telling us what to do. complete abuse as a customer. because you are not treating us equally and u want us to treat you differently.

    I think you're contradicting yourself based on your actions in my screenshots and how you've talked to me here as well. I'm going to leave this until a staff member is able to look at it, because you continue to try to twist things.

    You can't have a diplomatic conversation in the first place or sort out the situation or offer an explanation. If you have such a problem with it, why would you say it to me twice after before I say anything to you? That's neither here nor there though, the bottom line is this situation should be getting resolved and shouldn't have even came to this. The way this server is ran is terrible and this just shows it.

    u are showing a screenshot after i have deleted your spam which is not valid. people can see what you were doing previously. you keep mocking my server yet we have treated u with respect and offered a refund and u called us losers for doing so. when i decided to defend myself i am suddenly very bad customer service. totally understandable. sorry but i will defend myself when there is disrespect no matter who it is.

    I literally showed that in the screenshot. If you didn't delete those, they would have been there as well. If you look at the time stamps, I said it back to you because you said it twice. You've had bad customer service the whole time and that's why I wanted the refund - when you came in the ticket you were quite rude. I'm not going to repeat myself anymore here, you're basically scamming me at this point if you're not going to give me the refund you said in the screenshots.
