Explanation of the trade:
Bought a staker account on 7/16/2021. After numerous hoops of verification, I received account information. Upon trying to log in, found account was banned. (I never got to log into the account.) Shortly after, the credentials were changed before I was even able to tell the live chat that the account was banned. They made me wait for over an hour on live chat, and ignored me for close to an hour after. They offered an account to me and I declined, I requested a refund since I didn't want accounts that were banned and especially after the password was changed on me.

On live chat, I was told i'd get a refund within 24 hours of 7/16/2021, I waited until 7/19/2021 to ask where my money was. On the second live chat I was told that the refund would be rushed and should have it within a few hours. I waited until today, 7/20/2021, to ask where my money was, which was when they told me i'm not getting my money and to basically fuck off.

How they scammed: Refused to refund me after I was told 2 times that I would be getting a refund. I opened a paypal dispute, and they emailed me demanding I cancel the dispute.
