You can get logged without knowing it. My brother bought membership for xbox live off of his xbox, and ended up having 300$ missing the next day. He called the bank and the police, and got it straightened out within a couple days.

Your saying it's his fault, but he could have just been purchasing something from the internet and got his identity stolen.

I am still sure. I said you are responsible for what happens to your credit card, but i never said "lololol its your fault you got scammed". Meaning that he can't expect a company to fix something without them knowing it >.>

you don't. someone stole my visa info once, the person was from Huston, and would go in a best buy ever 2 hours and buy a blu-ray player, gps, or anything over 300-500. my bank refunded me with 110% of the stolen money, and all fees were waived for a year. report it to your local police and credit card money you will get your money back, by law.

Was it credit or debit? If it was debit, there isn't a whole lot you can do to actually get your money back. If it was credit, call your card issuer and they can check the logs and replace your money. If over $2000 was stolen the issuer may further investigate it, otherwise they will just accept the loss. And Yahoo! may investigate it themselves if they carded more than $200.

I am not even gonna bother reading this. Carders are probably responsible for this. You were probably infected with the Zeus Banking trojan. Most compnaies will not authorize an investigation for anything over $500. Just report this to your CC company or bank or w/e and get your money back. Simple. The carders probably won't be caught. And as far as not donloading any keyloggers is concerned, most banking malware that spreads uses exploits so you wouldn't need to donwload anything. If your PC has any vulnerabilities then if it is scanned, it will be infected. Not a whole lot you can do but always download updates from microsoft. Or get Kaspersky :p
