RECIPE IMO the best cornbread..EVER

ok so heres how it goes... my grandmothers cornbread IMO beast

INGREDIENTS.
2 CUPS MILK
2 EGGS
2 CUPS AUNT JEMIMA YELLOW FLOUR
2 CUPS AUNT JEMIMA YELLOW CORN MEAL
2 TBSP OF CORN OIL
THATS ALL INGREDIENTS...DONT ADD SUGAR IT RUINS IT...TRUST ME IVE EXPERIMENTED WITH IT.

MIX ALL BUT OIL IN BOWL TILL SMOOTH AND UNLUMPY

POUR OIL IN 10 IN CAST IRON SKILLET. (10 IN C I SKILLET ONLY)
OK THEN POUR IN CORN MEAL AND COOK AT 325 FOR 45 MINUTES (CHECK EVERY 15 MIN AND ONCE THE TOP IS A DARK CRISPY YELLOW AND ALL OIL IS GONE FROM THE TOP ITS DONE. THANKS FOR ENJOYING MY GRANDMAS RECIPE. P.S. IM 95% SURE THIS IS THE RECIPE THE TIMING MIGHT BE FROM HER MEATLOAF BUT ITS ALMOST IDENTICAL. How is your grandma's when she just copied a box recipe and added 1 thing basically.

 

Someone test? The chemicals might have a reaction to each other and can create a diabolical substance. Causing a long painful death.

Meatload = CornBread?

 

To be honest, Cornbread is disquisting. You'd be better off with banana bread.

 

Personally, I love banana bread, but I've only had Cornbread when it was on a corndog, and would probably only eat it that way.

its not from a box, she made the recipe thats on the box sent it in and they put it on the box i have recently changed it to make it better

i just thought sharing it would be fun
