Eldorado is a bad platform to use

An account that was purchased from their website, after a few weeks, that particular account got falsely banned. After a ban review, it was then subsequently lifted and I had to recover the account. The seller was unable to recover the account and Eldorado holds no responsibility in protecting the buyer in such cases. Any events after 5 days, Eldorado holds no responsibility to the seller and buyer and will ignore any request made to them. I would strongly advice any players from purchasing anything from Eldorado.

 

I would highly advise to never buy accounts from reselling sites, that's just asking to get scammed

 

Bad luck , i never bought accounts from site(they are very expensive) , there are many on sythe for sale and from trusted people.

 

At least they don't claim to protect you like some other site.

 

No idea what site that would be. Sounds like something where players auction things to other players.

 

hello, i was unfortunately hacked 1 month after buying this amazing account. Hoping I can get some sort of new account instead of my money back. I did have 1 year protection *update- I was given a second account to fix this problem and that account too was hacked back, do not buy any accounts from this website if you do not want the headache of spending 200+ hours to lose the account. They will not reimburse you.

 

thats a lesson learned there, dont buy accounts. if you dont want to train urself, u should make an account and pay to someone for questing/training.

I use ElDorado for boosting services. Because it's always a risk buying a RuneScape account. I recall somewhere on Sythe it actually says "accounts can always be recovered, even with a middleman test"

You're better off either buying from Chinese gold sellers or from here. I'm not saying buying accounts is dumb, because I have bought two, and not had any problem with them, but the accounts I bought were previously bots. I mained both of them out. I don't really feel like doing that again, and was about to do what you did, but then I remembered ElDorado and went there and they've been wonderful. You'll only have bad experiences using these types of sites if you're only buying accounts. So don't ever do that again. If you want a good account just make one and pay a venezuelan $1 to get you TL1700 and then log back in and change password/authenticator

Most Eldorado account sellers are trusted members of the RS trading community. Unfortunately, in rare cases sellers break that trust. We remove all such sellers from our platform, but are not able to refund users as the money has already been paid out.

For the best experience, always purchase accounts from sellers with high feedback score and many completed orders.

Also, do you think it would help if we added an option to purchase a longer Tradeshield protection period (1 month, 1 year, etc.)?
