Explanation of the trade: I bought a skilling service from them. It was discussed that I would like to play during the weekends and agreed upon. They mentioned that I didnt even need to give them my pin because of the skilling to be done and I could keep my items on there and it wouldnt be touched. Last week my account was hacked by either them or their worker. They changed my registered email somehow and also started spamming my login so I had 0 chance of stopping them. I managed to recover my account and put an authenticator back onto it after being locked out for 4 days. My account is still being login spammed as we speak.

Just to add a little bit more information on the current situation. I've been pretty much ignored for the last two days by them. The "services manager" L0rd_jerry won't give me much for a response, and MrNastyDJ has been pretty much MIA for these last two days. jerry won't give me any insight on what is going to happen from this point forward and has been ignoring any attempt at asking I make claiming he's "waiting for MrNastyDJ to be online"

 

Hi @JTD95 , I have only just seen this here now but of course happy to respond.

I have been online 18+ Hours a day for the past week brother, always available on my discord and tbh I have been responding to everything you have said in discord within a few hours, after all, I do have to sleep sometimes.

We have worked with you a long time and done many deals with you in the past, I'm sorry you had to bring it here as we will always do all we can to help but as I mentioned to you in discord, this is not us brother.

It is impossible to give someone your username and password and then get access to your registered email and password. It is also impossible for us to get to your account just with your login and email, no pin etc... no one can recover an account without more details than this, it should be only you who can do this brother.

It would seem that someone has hacked your registered email here and somehow got access to your account that way.

Once again I am very sorry this has happened but is nothing to do with us at all and we of course will still be here to help and advise you like I did on the 30 min phone call the other day to try and help.

You also let me know you have the account back now but are still getting emails to change your password, once again, I'm sorry but this is not us. We don't even know your registered email address brother <3

Issue has been resolved. Was able to regain access to my account. Not sure how to take down the post
