Chance of getting banned?

I want to buy 1-1.2b for a tbow, but am concerned of the chances of getting banned for buying so much in one trade. I only need 1b to be able to buy the tbow, but am curious if paying for the extra 200m and buying the tbow as an item would be less suspicious as it would be trading an item versus gold.

I've bought several hundred mil in the past, but all in separate trades ranging from 5-100m in the past. All gold that I've bought was traded to a mule and then to my main.

What do you think the chances of me getting banned are if I go ahead with the tbow purchase?

Realistically you take a chance of getting caught whether you buy 5m or 500m, there's no real way of telling what makes them check. There's not a certain amount that sends any alert or something. I've personally been buying gold for around 5 years, and I've never gotten banned or anything. Knock on wood

 

Ask the gold seller for a stake transfer if you are really worried about a ban.

I think that buying the Twisted Bow directly as an item may be better since players lend items often. The chance of bans for buying gold is pretty rare but I think is more common at the bils level.

When doing stake transfers as a seller, how can the seller guarantee that the buyer will lose?
