i would invest 7mil of it and buy houses cars give some to family members

I'd buy a nice house in Amsterdam and smoke weed all day. Then, I'll buy a house in the U.S. and get a few nice cars and share the money with my friends so we can all smoke pot together.

 

put it into stocks and invest.

Invest 9 million, and spend the rest on really nice things that I want such as clothes, a guitar, and a car.
