Rune the best member armor with 40 def?

I just got members on another account and hes a str pure and i was just wondering if rune was the best he can get right now since hes just level 40 defence. Let me know!

 

Fighter Torso for plate, Rockshell.. etc.

 

Rockshell gives the same stats.


But yeah, fighter torso is an item that gives slightly better defence stats then a rune plate, but +4 str aswell. It's obtained from barbarian assault (It takes around 4-6 hours to get).


I'd suggest getting 45 defence as well for the Berserker Helm. It gives +3 strength and better defence then a rune full helm. You have to do fremmenik trials to get it.

On top of those, in members you can get a combat brace, regeneration brace, or gloves from the quest "Recipe For Disaster" that give good stats.

The only stats that the fighter torso has higher than a Rune Platebody are the Slash and Strength Bonuses. So uhh, yeah.

 

defence wise full rune,glory and rune boots would be the best but if u want some strength bonus use torso and rune defender

 

basically the best you can do for that stat

 

Rune is the best at those levels yes. Rockshell is slightly worse with less summoning defense.

Since majority of people attack with slash (Whip ftw..) it's safe to say fighter torso has higher defence then a rune plate. So like I said, fighter torso has better defence (wether it's just slash or not)

 

lmao rune is ok for 40 def fighter torso is better and u can replace the rune armor with the stealing creation armor and also its better to get a beserker helm (45 def i think) anyway thats all i know lmao
