Explanation of the trade: So, the accounts he sold me got banned like 2 days later, (3 x max stakers for 330m) so I asked him to recover it and appeal the ban

How they scammed: after he appealed the ban and it got approved, he noticed there was 110m+ on each account, so he moved it off the account after logging in, and pretended it was his first time logging in in this gif Loom | Send a video. but he took over 1.5 hours im guessing to move the gold, set the account up. He also pretended he was training with dragon bones at POH prayer (as if i did it, since I trained prayer on it to 70), however I used hydra bones at wilderness altar. So he tried hide it. He also just moved the gold as there was no GE history. Afterwards one of the accounts got banned for rwt basically same day.

No idea how this report / tos etc goes but, had free time so made the report even though the trade was a while back.

 

About the scamm report:

We ask to @sinkovsky to read our T.O.S and agree if he like so, and he agree:

Screenshot , clearly state that we are not responsible for any ban after the purchase, becouse the acc are skilled by hand on NMZ so there is no reason to get a ban by our side.

Any way he ask for us to recover the acc and try to appeal his Macroing Ban:

Screenshot , considering his acc got done questing and skilling is pretty clear that the he got banned becouse of the way he did the skilling.

Once we got the Jagex answer about the ban appeal we check the acc and didn't for sure have whatever he was claiming to have, so there is only one logical explanation.
He remove the wealth from his acc becouse he ask for someone to do some skilling, the skiller botted his acc and he got banned and so he thoug it was a clever idea start complaining about a scamm.

This really doesn' mean to much but:

In here Screenshot he state that one acc had 100M and the other acc had 90M

In here Screenshot magiccaly they've become 110+M on each acc (he thought again that maybe try to scrach some few more gp is not bad idea).


looks like he is complaining about the timing on the videos, about that as I told, we are not responsible about any ban, any way he ask for our help and I think is not a bad thing try to help a customer, but it wasn't a priority (just becouse it was a favour), so if we had to take care to any other thing in that moment be sure we took care of it, but we never stop being helpful about his requirement.

In here Screenshot he is clearly stating that he paid someone to quest for him, so or he removed the wealth before send to the skiller the login inf, or he just got scammed by him.

Im sorry for his loss if really had one.

 

that was an hour after buying the account and he finished it all same day, he had no wealth on it while questing it. after it got banned the next day you recovered it and (logged in without me asking, and also claim you recorded yourself logging in, but slipped up and forgot that it shows last logged on time). I mean I remember exact gear on it, dont care what ban was from, but knowing your from venezuela that adds up, not blaming you for it though, problem here is you recover to unban an account for me and login without my permission. thats the biggest issue here. :
it had torture + regen brace + 1k sharks + 1k sanfews + 1k super resotres + 1k divine scb + full obsidian + dboots + bring + regen brace + d2h + bludgeon + serp x2 accs, one of them died so didnt have partial of it.
cbf argue i posted logs and proof. admin can let us know whats happening from here. ty

You can see its already done training prayer, and in his video that he linked me, thats posted above he tries to claim I was mid-way through training prayer lol.

You can see it has the gear equipped that I mentioned, then after it got banned, I asked him to help me unban it, so he recovered it to submit the appeal, but no I did not request for him to login .

Also one account got banned while mid inside of nightmare and died, so some items remained in it's death chest, hence he did not take it as he's probably clueless it exists, let alone how to find it (nightmare of ashihama) you can see my withdrawing them here (this was after he gave me the account back after the appeal) : https://i.imgur.com/LKmnD0v.png

Also since there was no GE trade history, I assume he muled everything over to one account and rwt'd it at once, since that one account in specific got RWT ban, and since he logged on without my permission assuming it's his fault.

So losses were around 300m + 110m @ 0.65$/m rate, current rate being around 0.50$/m
one account also got RWT banned (this was after it got banned for macroing and he recovered it and appealed it and logged in).

We didn¨t receive a mail by jagex telling the ban was quashed. Every once we try to login the acc just to check if still banned or not. One day Sinkovsky asked to check again, we try minutes later and we could login That is how we find out that the acc where unbanned. the first acc didn¨t log, it still send the disabled msg, the other two could be logged without any problem.

 

About his RTW ban for sure a account can´t be banned while banned, once his first ban was quashed the second ban was applied.

He used a third party to do questing and skilling on his acc, he also claim that the acc didn´t have any wealth while he got his third party service, but in here https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/696121719433461780/700024265952460981/dOs1yaW.png obviously show that each acc had at least 10M+.

 

Is pretty obvious that he removed the wealth from the acc and asked someone to do some other skilling questing on his acc and that someone used a sort of autoclick or botted his acc just to speedup.

 

No, my pc just isn't dogshit and i'm able to run 3 clients, and yeah randomly disconnected so was confused and took a screenshot.

Other than this quest the rest were done by @Arnold D which he provided runelite screenshots for, also these were done before I took that screenshot posted above.

It went into nightmare after having requirements, you can literally tell i'm doing ghosts ahoy which is a REQUIREMENTS to access nightmare, so how am I gonna take a screenshot in nightmare without having the requirements to access it lol.

Also they had no wealth while arnold did the skilling and questing, that screenshot is my own not arnolds so that's why it has wealth.

Your point of logging in to check bans, you can evidently see it was LOGGED IN 49 MINUTES AGO,and here you imply that you have gotten a reply to the email, since it was recovered to yours and you saw it : https://i.imgur.com/4Y5xzAy.png . Also from this message there where you state you found out its unbanned there was a timegap of 1.5h+ of you to providing me to info back.

You taking 1hour 40minutes since telling me its unbanned to providing me the info is kind of odd.

Also you never provided me the third account after being unbanned, so you are contradicting yourself. It was unbanned, and soon after banned while not reaching my hands / me logging in on it. It got banned for RWT in your possession.

Appeal a ban for sure wasn´t our obligation (clearly stated on the T.O.S you agree),you asked for it as a favour and we did it as a favour, we didn´t charge any xtra for it so there wasn´t any obligation to have someone 24/7 attending your acc issues. Cconsidering that the 3 acc had already 20+days already maxed and was selled tou you absolutly functional and 4 days after you buy it where banned means that is totally your fault, The use of a third party to skill and quest your acc mean that you wasn´t the only one with acces tou your accounts. That the acc where on skilling when recovered means that you paid again for a secondary skilling service so: Or you removed the wealth from the acc before that skilling service was started or you need to check with that skiller what happen with your ban and wealth

not sure what is this about but Im very impressed that your pc run 3 clients at time, pretty sure that there are pc can rune 20+ XD.

again, as a favour we didn´t have any obligation to be 100% focus on your acc, we where busy as anybody always is, so where checking on midtime. One of the acc still sending the disabled msg and the other two could log, so checking why was quashed on 2 acc the ban and 1 still banned any way take some xtra time...

now here is another little lie that you are posting just lke the 110M each acc. (looks like the ammount of gp grow any time you want so).

One of the acc could be logged so that mean that the ban was quashed but if are three acc to appeal and two can be logged and 1 no, you need to check what is happening. That take some time, need to check on the web if still on appeal or whatelse. still have to check the others, so we let know to Sinkovski to be online.

We sent the loom becouse we dont have nothing to hide, eaven without the video, Sinkovsky will accuse us of scamm. The point is that his accounts where in a service in progress before being banned and wasn´t us, so or he removed the wealth or he got scamm by the skiller.

It was complete.
I started doing nightmare.
I got banned.
You appealed it.
You logged on and forgot that it shows '49 MINUTES AGO' and moved the wealth.
You got the 3rd account banned for rwting off it.
I never had access to the third account since you recovered it and got it unbanned, so evidently it was not my fault, as you yourself claimed 'you cannot get rwt banned while macroing major perm banned'.

Note : I did not have access to the account since the moment it was banned, until the moment you already logged into it TWICE, as per 49minutes before the gif you were already logged on (note that displays last time been logged on, so you could've been on for 1.5hours.) and when making a gif. Neither of which I requested you to do.

Your argument is that you did me a favour unbanning them. My point is, i'd rather quite literally burn my money and keep it banned, rather than have a dishonest Venezuelan steal it.

 

@Pirate once the acc was recovered we figured out that where on skilling in progress, @sinkovsky admited that he paid a third party to skilling questing, once recovered the acc there wasn´t any wealth that sinkovsky is claiming (considering that not eaven him agree with how much wealth was on the acc, (Screenshot , Screenshot) is a pretty sketchy argument.

In here the only attempting to scam is @sinkovsky, thinking that repeating that someone is from Venezuela he will get some simpaty and will give him some leverage on this report. Like if scammers only came from venezuela....
