But, you should keep some ice on it as it will reduce the swelling later on. Also, taking pain killers should help a fair amount, such as tylenol or advil.

I think you should "accidentally" hit him in the face with a ball at the next practice.

 

Ice that shit. It will help. If anything just try to sleep so you dont feel the pain. If that fails just take advil or tylanol.
