Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: scaming

i was doing a trade deal with @Wagon 21 and he basically went ghost after making me buy his items. So basically we made a deal that if i brought his items first that he would sell me 3t in cash right after, I brought hes items and he goes ghost on me right after and doesn't reply. so i was supposed to buy 5t in total and he only sold me 1.2t in items and went ghost.

ive told this guy that i have 10 mins
and we did 3 trades
these trades took some time untill the btc arrived
i had to go
and this guy reported me and started to threating me
this guy is after each small $$ his a hungry boy/15 years old not sure

 

i said if you don't reply ill take it as a scam and ill report you, your getting offended cause of that lol..... if you were going to leave you should have said i have to go be right back or something no?? We had a deal why make a deal if you going to leave in the middle of it and not say a word when you leave...

 

i dont see any scamming report here
its not that i scammed him
ive gave him the ammount that he paid for
its not that he paid more and recived less

 

The only reason i brought it was that you told me you would sell me the cash right after.. you legit made me do increments and backed off when it was your turn to give me the cash..

 

first i went increments because i dont trust you
secondly i was going to sell the rest once i come back home
but after u started threating me and saying ugly shit
and thats after u lowballed me and paid me less(by saying add 5b or pay less for the reason: "fees are fking me"
soo im done with u
and would never deal with a such a guy like u
and i would even give a bad review to u

 

Excuses!, I had to pay the fee of 1.50cent each time we did a transaction. i told you to add 5b because you were short you already low balling me, You sold me items that aren't even going for the amount you sold me at. i gave you a good deal because you said you were selling me cash too.
We both know you were going to do this, I legit said there no need for this and told you we should just do the trade and get this over and not make this into a bigger deal. Im done talking to you man your legit a hard headed person and your not willing to work things out with me so Well let the staff decide.

I don't see this as a scam. No one took anything from the other person unfairly. Wanting to stop doing a trade after x increments when you agreed to y is unfortunate but not a scam.

You guys should have come to some agreement about fees and punishment for backing out if you wanted this to be a binding agreement. "Hey I'll sell you x and then sell you y after" isn't exactly an enforceable statement.
