This is a joke now, can someone either ban him or get him to pay me? Its pathetic and hes grasping at straws.

I could sell an account, steal it back, do 1 single quest on it and relist it as a different account because no one but me would know if its the same login/account and nobody could prove otherwise

I'm curious as to why the "other account" has the same screenshots- including showing how many quest points it has, if only 1 of them has lunars, 176 questpoints is the minimum for bgloves and yet you thought lunars was only necessary on 1 zerk build and not the other?

You still need to help @Reverting get back the account that he lost control of. That is your responsibility as the seller.

 

If he's unable or unwilling to help me get the account back AND provide me with the recovery details, what would the next step be?

I ask this because earlier he refused (Imgur) But now you've stated firmly he has to, at the bare minimum help me get the account he might actually help

 

If he doesn't help you get your account back then he stays DNT'd and can't use the market on Sythe.

Also, did you actually agree to a ToS when you bought the account? I know he edited that into his thread later, but if you agreed to one over Skype or something that would be good to know about too.

 

No, there was no agreement about ToS, even RussianUmad won't dispute that, I can post the full conversation we had on Skype if you want me too, or if he attempts to argue it

Sythe hasn't been my source of income for nearly 2 years now. Getting banned or not is not a concern of mine, its only a little upsetting to get banned over degenerates like you. And yes, I create my accounts the way i please, do something about it.

The sale was made over 2 n half years ago. Its silly to expect me to remember any creation details about the account.
You should be doing your job and asking how come after 2 years and 6 months, he suddenly decided that the password was changed, and how come the thread title he supposedly thought was a "relist" of his account, had lunars when his account didnt.

* Links a thread of mine that he thinks is a "relist" of his account, when his account doesnt have lunars, and the account mentioned in the thread clearly does.
* No proof whatsoever that I took anything back
* Plenty of proof he faked the whole thing up

It's fine if you don't refund, It's painfully obvious you sold me an account that you have bought from someone else (i know this through vouches, thus not having details of account creation/location etc

As i previously stated, i forgot i even owned the account, doesnt affect me either way, im just glad no one else will get screwed over

I've personally been in the same position that you're in; I had to refund someone like 8 years ago for an account I sold after they somehow lost control of it. It is beyond me how people lose control of accounts, but if you refuse to return the account to him or refund him for the account, you will remain DNT'd. Also, I don't see why you would delete something like recovery details for an account you sold.

Anyway, this report is pretty much decided. @RussianUmad owes @Reverting for the account that was lost and will remain DNT'd until a refund is paid or the account is returned to him.
