And what are the best prices to buy the item/nat's at?

As for F2P, I believe that the best you can get is gem rings - only a small loss if you buy at the right price.

 

im pretty sure yew longs lose about 100k/1k at med

 

Addy plate bodies are good, but you can buy like 100 every 3 hrs or so.
You can try green dhide bodies or vambs. Those might be the only good things

 

Yes if you buy green d'hide bodies at the right price you even the amount you spend so you don't lose anything.

 

I alched green d' hide bodies from 55-99 mage. I made profit insted of loosing.

 

well my pure is f2p and i just alch with him shrimps(they are very cheap) u jsut need to buy nats and alch away....

till now i alched like 20k shrimps lol

 

addy axes are actually really good if you buy them and nats at the right price. well, im pretty sure its addy.. and addy platebodies too.

 

Rune daggers and rune full helmets are good.. I don't know how many you can buy per 4 hours though

 

i do rune daggers, green d hide tops, addy plates, and random stuff i get from killing monsters.
