Start of the trade, prices we agreed on and payment that has been sent.


To summarize, paid 480$ (535$ but got 10% discount) for the following services:
1 Logo 50$
1 favicon 10$
3 animated banners $65 each
3 wallpaper advertisements for google $35 each
5 wallpaper advertisements for facebook $35 each.

Totalling 480$, the services i received until now are the following:
1 logo 50$
1 favicon 10$
3 wallpaper advertisements for facebook 35$
1 animated banner $65

Totalling 230$

Proof that the service was not completed:

After completing the logo, the favicon, and the 3 wallpaper advertisements for facebook i told him that iI would only need 1 animated banner (before the first one was even done), instead of the 3 i paid for. This resulted in the following:

His point that he would not refund my order was because according to his exact words, the other banners were: i've already made two more banners with ready-to-edit text. I told him that if this was true and he actually had done work and put effort into it, i would be fine with it. But I asked for proof as I felt Izad was lying to prove his point. Izad got hostile and un-cooperative with me and refused to send me any proof. At the end when I told him to just make my 2 other banners and be done with it, he blocked me.

In my ideal situation, I would be refunded the 250$ I paid for services I did not receive. I would prefer spending this money elsewere on a designer of which I approve the business ethics of. Doing business with Izad has helped me realize that he upholds way different ethics than me and all he cares about is making money, with as little work as possible.

The situation for me is as following now:

I am missing 250$ of services i've paid for for the following:
- 2 animated banners $65 each
- 2 wallpaper advertisements for facebook $35 each
- 3 wallpaper advertisements for google $35 each

Refund would be preferred as I would prefer not continuing doing business with a man like this. If there is no other way i'm open to meet somewhere in the middle, it being my money partially refunded or getting the work I paid for done.

As i'm expecting Izad to design his 'proof' right now to claim his point, i'd like to also see time stamps on the time that he already had the other 2 banners 'ready with ready-to-edit text.

I will try to keep a friendly tone but there really is no way to explain how ridiculously ignorant and ungrateful you are. Out of all dumb reports I've ever had filed against me, this takes the prize. You came to me without an idea and I've helped you build your brand from scratch. You didn't even know what theme to go for and I came up with everything about your site. I just wanted everyone reading this to know how difficult and unappreciative you are.

With that out of the way, lets do some debunking:

1) My shop clearly states that I do not do refunds. I was kind enough and offered you "store credit" which I shouldn't even have done.

2) You bought a specific package and got a specific package price. This would not apply if you didn't order that package. Your maths don't check out.

Time stamps? I'd like to see the face of God but I think that we somewhere have to realize that some things are not possible.

4) What kind of proof of "discord block" is that? I can do the same thing.

This is extremely paranoid behaviour. You actually made up a mental 7 minute time limit (that I was unaware of), and if I had not rendered the files within that time I am automatically lying?

Then you say something extremely ignorant like "Sending 2 images is too difficult and time-wrecking". You clearly don't know the first thing about rendering images. It's not like you right click save an After Effects-project and pop over a finished render on discord. Come on dude...

You're a lying little something. I have sat hours with you personally on discord and tweaking all advertisements to your liking. My customers can vouch for me any time of the day and that I am all about quality.

Hi Izad,

First of, me not knowing what I want and you helping me find a theme/ etc for my shop does not make me a difficult/unappreciative person. It makes me a regular customer, something someone in your line of work should know. It is YOUR job to sit around with a client and come up with a strong design idea, which I should not have to tell you. This just proves how horrible your attitude is, if talking about design is already difficult for you, maybe you're in the wrong branch. In our entire conversation I have never been difficult nor unappreciative, and always complimented your work. Up until you came at me with your bossy non-helpfull attitude that nothing is refundable, nothing is negotiable and that I just had to accept everything you said. I'll upload all chat logs if neccesary.

For your first point, you dont understand that people dont want to continue working with a designer that is being a complete dick and unhelpful to them? Not listening to any concerns nor words, just saying how it is and refusing to change anything about your behaviour.

Second of, concercing your packaging price. I already stated that I am fine with a partial refund, so scrap that argument.

To your third point, I think its already pretty clear to people who can read between the lines that you did not get any work done whatsoever. Just using it cover yourself in.

As to your fourth point I am not sure what you are trying to achieve. You even said 2 lines before the last message you were going to block me and then proceeded to so. What are you trying to say with this point? Or is this another one of your lying attempts.

5th point. You claimed everything was ready and only needed my text to be completed. You told me this several times and held this as your main argument to justify the scam that you are currently upholding. Yet after repeatedly asking for any proof, of any kind, you refused to do so. I even told you that if you could proof it to me, I would quit my claim and take my loss. If it were the case that you actually HAD done the work, your priority would have been getting this out of the way. Just proves my point.

As to your 6th point, what you are describing exactly is what your job should be. What your job should also be is to be open to feedback and discuss about them. All you do is answer grumpy that you need to do extra work instead of me approving the initial design. A little something to show Sythe how your mind works, quoted exactly from our conversations.

You saying:

" No no, designing doesnt work like that. You're making something the customer likes, which do require changes to the initial design. This does NOT mean you have made multiple banners already. "

This just speaks to the way your mind works, and that any changes to your initial designs are not-welcome.

As for your last point. The last thing I would want is to continue working with someone who upholds a business ethic of your own. I've made several attempts to meet each other in the middle, as I clearly stated that if it was indeed true that you already did work done, I would take my loss. I also told you that a partial refund would be accepted and was willing to discuss about everything.

You were not. You just made up your mind and thats it. You've received the money, did not have to do a lot of work for it so that would be it for you. You were not helpful in any way and was only acting hostile from the moment I brought up a partial refund.

I get it, you're trusted and been on Sythe longer than I am. You have vouches. This does not compensate for your complete lack of empathy and horrible business ethics. You've proven to me and hereby Sythe that you do not care a single bit about your customers, all you care about is taking the quick gains.

Hope potential customers will see this and will recognize you as the horrible businessman you are.

You were humble up until the second I told you I don't do refunds. It's like something snapped in your head.

You're building a case on speculation.

Told you I was busy in a game of TFT. Rendering AE projects while playing is not optimal. Nor is it's nothing you do "in a gif" like you seem to believe. This is why I've referred to your ignorance multiple times. You're hysterical, paranoid and hostile and we could not agree to anything on discord which is why I told you we'd talk here. However, it seems like you've blocked me too.

Bruh, you ordered a banner. They are 600x90 px standard and you did not give me any other specifications. Turning a 600x90 banner into a 1400x400 banner does require a lot of extra work.

Which is that everything has to be your way and nothing else is allowed nor to be discussed, meanwhile i'm here paying you 450$ for services. I am to take your answer for god's and not question it at anytime, otherwise the big man (you) would get offended, and starts blocking people. The literal first thing you said was I dont do refunds, arguing does not change anything, complete lack of empathy and customer satisfaction on your end.

As to me blocking you, just what kind of jokes are you holding up here? As for the banner, how am I supposed to know the specifications for a 'standard' banner? YOU are the designer here, not ME. It is your JOB to COMMUNICATE with your client and his needs, not be grumpy if it turns out that I needed an entire different resolution, which you never asked for what I needed?

I am new to designing, i'm not responsible for not telling you the specifications I need. Hell I dont even know what kind of specifications there are and what I can choose from. It is your job to get those details cleared out the moment you start working on designs. You failing in doing so has nothing to do with my shortcomings and had everything to do with yours.

Please just refund my money as dealing with you is impossible. The fact that i'm actually getting a pm of someone who feels the same way about an order with you just shows you're lacking social empathy and professionalism.

To conclude, you blocked me and left me with 250$ in your pocket. Way to do business man, keep it up.

Edit: you're claiming I blocked you which is a lie, which shows how far you're willing to go to win this report. But lets be realistic. Why on earth would I ever block YOU when i'm trying to retrieve my money? You're the one here sitting with my money in your lap, trying to play it off all smooth here.

Izad has a clear ToS on his GFX thread so for as much of an asshat as he was being during this conversation, he has not violated the agreement made with the customer. Personally, I'd recommend @Izad that you be more patient and understanding with your customers to avoid further disputes like this.

Izad has agreed to offer a $80 store credit partial refund to Bleekesgold, which is not necessary since his ToS says no refunds. This is more than a reasonable resolution by our standards so I am marking this as resolved
