Paypal Chargeback By Service Seller

Hey,

I was looking for a service to do some Rc leveling for me so I found on Sythe a leveler called "elevement". I messaged them about doing the service and after 2-3 days of not starting the service for me I asked to cancel the order. I chose to cancel because their english is not very good and caused problems as well as not starting within the time I asked. They refunded me initially 75% of what I paid which I agreed to as explained in their TOS. Then they opened a paypal case against me and charged the money back. In total I've been charged $167.50 and have gotten no levels. I asked him about why this happened and they claim Paypal took the money from me and never gave it to him.

What convenient situation you have created bro. Lets talk via Discord about the refund. Sorry but I dont care if you dont believe me, I send you the emails from Paypal explaining was your account and you call Paypal to solve that situation. You first do a charge back from me, how I can charge back the "167$" if I dont send that amount, I chargeback the 67.50$ of the 70% because you first do with the 90$, that you paid for the RC service, without any advice...

 

By the way, isnt "167$", was 90$ you paid for the service, sir. Why you lie?

elevement is correct it was $90 for the service, I stated $167.50 in error because I saw -$75-$25-$67.50 on Paypal

I receive this two emails from Paypal explaining the two transactions was an error from an unauthorized situation from your account, I didnt receive the money. I check my balance and I has the same amount before the payment.

 

@Andy ok I'll give them a call. I've also been told I should be refunded 100% of the payment not 75% because the service was never started

@assholio can you show an screenshot of the refunds on hold. Because is weird, is a transaction from your own account
