I'm going to comment since I was tagged

I told you that you're not a saint either, You partake in the same activities as them. Maybe not on their level but at the end of the day I personally feel if someone can't handle spam forums they shouldn't be there. That doesn't mean I've been letting stuff slide and you know that. I handled your reports and I talked to the users when they were harassing you. I simply gave my personal opinion about how I feel spam forums should be.

I'm not going to sit there and tell people to be nice to you, If you have a problem you're more than welcome to report it like you just did but mods aren't here to police spam forums and tell people to play nice because we think someone is being rude etc

 

I do not partake in the same activities, that's where you're wrong. My first report rolled in 11 days ago and I have not been taking part of this since. I'm certainly not a saint but neither am I part of a small group that harass a targeted individual. The reason I file this 4th reports is because, although the verbal warnings, discord bans and forum bans, the bullying has escalated. I can handle spam and light trolling which is permitted but not non-stop cyber bullying.

1. Spam Forum rules apply here and light trolling is permitted.
2. Excessive harassment is against the rules (it is up to the staff team to decide what reasonable behavior is, use your common sense).

The reason I tagged you was because I don't share your opinion on this being defendable or reasonable behaviour. Constantly targeting and bullying a person is not reasonable behaviour in my opinion. I don't ask you to act police nor to ask someone to be nice to me. I was just surprised that you took it so lightly when they have been warned multiple times and even banned for it before. They are not only being rude as you say, they are making memes, videos, icons etc. with heavy false accusations.

Wait... didn't you say you blocked everyone and you have the plugin to block discord messages? How are you being harassed?

  You could have said what you said in voice was a joke, and apologized to @ARTDEAL3R.
  Intstead, you try and hide behind gray area rules and try to act like you did nothing wrong. You can continue on the path you are on and we will continue to discuss facts as is outlined in the rules.

 

Vouch for this user. It's not a troll. We had 6+ people in voice who heard his comments. It's facts, not fiction. I've said from the start, if he apologized for what he said I'd not bring it up, but no, he just denies it ever happening now. Cba.

People send me private messages on discord and tell me you're flooding discord with new shit you've made up. You're spreading memes, pictures and videos of me claiming that I am things I am not and to have done things I have not. That is some serious slander and felonious. It has also been taken out of spam forum (where excessive is against the rules anyway) several times. You are in the wrong here so don't try to turn it around.

 

I don't give in to cyber bullying. There is no point in arguing with you because we all know your character and where you stand already. With this being said, I will not reply until this case has been handled by staff.

 

I don't understand why you wouldn't just apologize if it was actually a joke? You seem to really stand by your words and mean what you said!

To start off, we do not want to be over policing the Discord - it's good fun and we want it to stay that way. Our spam forums and Discord parallel each other with most rules however, they are still have their own rules.

Our Discord is mostly used as an extension of our marketplace and because of this, there are different approaches to issues that arise. Both of these areas share relaxed forum etiquette (ability to insult & banter with each other) but begin to differ with how harassment is handled. We have a system where if you are asked to stop, that should be the end of it. Harassment to levels that begin to damage business and someones brand is where we have to step in. We allow factual/evidence based discussions, but what someone may or may not have said over voice chat being edgy is not grounds to brigade them and harass on profiles and marketplace threads.

This appears to be the 4th report about this situation and its gone on long enough. @ARTDEAL3R has been removed from the Sythe Discord & Spam forum for 3 months, other users (@Viking, @all4love12, @Flipz) who were involved after warnings were given have been banned for a week from the Discord.

This is a tremendous waste of time and we don't want to be banning people from the Discord. Please give it a rest and move on
