Gucci is a Major Name Sniper

(commonly capitalizes names during Snipe compared to others who lowercases it)

This one's a bit complicated.

Was selling the name Lickitung for 350m to ShaunaeM#8779, name got sniped midway.

Two days later Alexander#3308 comes by messaging me that he "accidentally instantly bought the sniped name off the Sniper" and that he would sell it back to me 350m at the price he bought at (though I've had the price tag lower during my weekend sales and he knew what names I had).

"Coincidentally" enough, two days later, ShaunaeM#8779 comes back saying that he would buy Gen 1's if I had any. Sly tactic to get me to buy the name back at 350m.

Anyways, here's where it shows that Gucci is a name sniper, he fucked up forging the evidence when I asked him to show conversations of him buying the name from the Sniper.

I asked if he could prove that he could show me that he bought the name off the sniper and to show me chatlogs with him. He agreed.

Then I ask him to take a video of him leaving the discord conversation and going back (as this refreshes what you've edited in JavaScript).

Notice the conversation bar at the bottom is still hovered even when you change screens ^^. Also got him to confirm that he took it on PC.

TLDR: Conversation of him buying the name off the Sniper never happened as he is the Sniper. Tried to forge evidence of the conversation when I called him out.

When I asked him to show where his mouse points so the video would be harder to forge moving in and out of conversations but he gave me the lame excuse that "I have irl friend names in that list so i'd rather not"

He's in the anti-scam discord as well as a rank in Alex's discord. It's troubling if some of the major name traders sell names.

I already knew this report was coming as he quite literally told me, so here's a short answer to every point.

I have no affiliation to the person that @amyrs1356 claims that I am.

I did this in my best belief as to what I thought would be right in the situation. I fucked up by buying a sniped name unknowingly. And therefor thought the best scenario would be to at least let @amyrs1356 know first.

I even told @JerryCS about the incident the day before, as I genuinely knew this would turn into a shitty situation. If allowed he can confirm this on the thread.

As for forging evidence, I've provided @amyrs1356 with anything he asked me for. The video he claims is forged, I can only imagine he's referring to me accidently double clicking the DMS when going back into our thread, resulting in what he claims is the "forgery"

I think this is a very weird response to me trying to fix the situation and @amyrs1356 started to get super sketchy by the end of the conversation, before just ending it with making a report.

If anything else is needed please let me know. I have nothing to prove to @amyrs1356 though.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt at first but the two conversation timestamps were sketch, the video looks forged, and you wouldn't give me a better screen video of you going outside the conversation because of your "friends".

I'll let it go if you can show a better screenshared video of you refreshing your cache and going back into the discord conversation. Hope you can do it in the next 25 minutes as any more time would allow you to create a local database for javascript edits.

Also, if a Mod can follow up after the video with Gucci videosharing with you the conversation in the next hour (make sure to refresh the cache~~), that would be wonderful.

 

Also the video doesn't show you double clicking anywhere in the conversation history. Immediately in the new video screen the chat bar stopped and you can see large parts of the conversation.

I said to create another video showing you refreshing your cache and that you had a conversation with the sniper.

So far you haven't done that and you made an excuse to even not create a better video, leading to why I thought the first video was forged and why I created this report.

It's a simple solution, just do that so that the report can be cleared. You wouldn't give me a better video so I had to make this

 

It's also sad that you would immediately buy the name from the Sniper at a higher price than what I was selling at even when I told u my namelist earlier on.

Just make another video so this report can be cleared. I'm gave you benefit of the doubt in the first place but just need a video

 

I provided everything you asked for in DM until you started accusing me. So far you've accused me for being a notorious name sniper, a scammer (in dms) and another person. All this for trying to fix a unfortunate situation. I have nothing more to prove to you.

Also he’s giving every reason why not to provide a better video so he can buy time to find a way to save discord JavaScript cache imo

not that hard to take a video of you clearing your cache and going into the conversation

 

Today is December 19th for a lot of people, the discord messages is set to "Yesterday". At the top of the message you can see December 19th. I could be wrong about timezone but it could also be the case that you edited your messages there.

I don't know what time zone you're in but I hope Mods can screenshare with you as well just to be sure.

I think its pretty relevant, after speaking with the person @amyrs1356 accused me of being. That he confirms that @amyrs1356 took back that claim instantly without mentioning that here. Loads of unsubstantial claims...

 

All you need to do is create a screen recording of you refreshing your cache and going back into the conversation. + you're literally in possession of my sniped name after it was sniped just 2 days ago.

You've done everything you can to avoid doing so including saying

"I have nothing more to prove to you."
"I have IRL friends on that list so I'd rather not"

The only one you've taken looked forged and every single time you needed to take a screenshot, the wait time for a response was 20~40 minutes (enough to textedit).

It's really not that hard to take a 15 second video after 6 hours unless it never existed in the first place. It's literally all you needed to do in the first place to call the report off.

+ Don't know what's taking long to verify, if someone's smart enough to create a Sniping bot they're probably smart enough to fake evidence given enough time.

 

I still don't appreciate you accusing me of these things. I was cooperating with you until you literally tried to anti-scam me without approval or reason to do so. That is exactly why, I have nothing to prove to you.

Gucci DMed me an updated video today (2 days later).

Couple things still stand still out to me:

It's extremely strange to me that Gucci doesn't post "buying names anywhere" and a Sniper immediately goes to him first to offload my sniped name. It makes no sense why he was the first one notified instead of a Name seller or anyone else for that matter.

Also, not sure why it took 2 days to do make quick screen capture of his discord. One of my earlier suspicions was that if he had enough time, he could save javascript edits locally and use textedited conversations next time he went on discord/refreshed his cache. Some chrome extensions already do this for things like Google/Youtube javscripts whenever you go onto their pages. If you're smart enough to make a sniping bot, you can probably do this with ease, which is why I asked Mods to verify via screenshare within an hour of my report (which probably didn't happen).

It took 2 days to produce this video when you could have done this in 30 seconds way back before I made the report.

If one of the Mods can follow up with a video screenshare confirming it (ask the person to refresh discord during this), we can close this report. Videos are easily forged nowadays.

I'm ranked name seller in trading discords, multiple people dm me every week if I want to buy their names. Maybe my presence as the first name seller on list caused this? Imgur

I did the honors of replicating something that you could have done, which is why I'm asking a moderator to double check your conversation with screenshare and a cache refresh.
