Supplier told once caught.

I’m not exactly sure if this is where I should post this but I’ll see what happens.

I purchased well over 2M total Roat Pkz from @Thatchy and everything was fine for about 6 days. I came home from work on Saturday to login to Roatz and find out I’ve been MAC banned. Thatchy had stated numerous times he was the one on these accounts transferring the “PKP” to me. The owner of RoatPkz clearly states the names of those accounts and says once they caught him he told them everyone he sold to. I’d like to get a refund of the total amount of 07 I spent. I know the sellers state “i’m not responsible for any bans or item wipes” but in this situation they’re the ones who caused the MAC ban by blatantly telling the usernames they sold PKP to. Thatchy has since claimed “i was not the one on the accounts it was my suppliers account” when in our conversations he stated he IS the one. I hate to cause any trouble but I don’t think it’s fair I get banned and lose 200+ dollars irl because I got told on when they could’ve just left names out of it. The owner of RoatPkz states my name “Karamfwan” the buyer and the seller “Whipy Chan” and “Shifty4” which were both Thatchy.

Would also like to add that him claiming the accounts were his “supplier” accounts is irrelevant due to the fact that both times HE was the one on the accounts. Unless you want to bring those “suppliers” onto sythe and have the owner of roatpkz get their IP’s then have them post them here and then have their trade logs posted onto here then it’s beyond irrelevant. He was on the accounts each time I purchased from him. So who’s to say he doesn’t have friends pretend to be the owner of those accounts? People have throwaway accounts or “mules” to hold their currency just to try to be safe rather than holding it all on one account and seeming suspicious. My point here being, if these accounts are in fact his "supplier" and not just some mule accounts he uses for himself, then don't be accessing them if the "supplier" is a snitch and is going to rat people out if/when he/she gets caught selling to your customers. But the real point is being, the 2 or 3 times I bought from him, he was the one on these accounts it was never a "supplier" it was always him on a "suppliers" account. By him saying they are supplier accounts ahead of time it's just called CYOA (cover your own ass) by saying "yeah these are my supplier's accounts so I gotta log onto them real fast" that way things like this can't happen. You should take full 100% responsibility for the actions that have taken place here (me being MAC banned and out 379M 07) that I feel should be refunded.

Normally I wouldn’t even care if they got caught and told on me, but as you can see I spent 379M total 07 to him and may as well have burned it.

He was acting as if there’s absolutely no way I have messages from the owner saying that the usernames he used to sell off of were the two usernames that told on me when he said “i would like to see those messages” implying i’m lying that the owner himself confirmed it was him. Then I guess when he realizes i’m not lying he tries convincing me they can sell me me a bypass on my MAC ban. I don’t want unbanned nor do I want any rsps currency. I’d just like a refund considering in this instance the “supplier” is who got me in trouble. And whether Thatchy claims it was him on a suppliers account or if it was actually him, he confirmed with me the accounts WERE being played on by himself. So therefore the only proof of the accounts being used are by him. Normally I’d have no problem with a ban or losing what I paid for but I just chucked away almost 400M 07.
