rate depends on your mining level which you haven't included, anyways...
with mining it would cost a lot with my rates, i charge 8m/hr and can get like 2.5k bucket an hour (depends on mining like i said)
or
i can do it with poh method in yanille, asking for 4m/2k buckets (rate is around 2k / hr)
