Explanation of the trade: Paid $55 fees for 100m gold, refuses to refund and tells me "will have within 1 hour" has been over an hour and their website states receive gold within 10 minutes of purchase (can be found here under why buy gold from them: Buy and Sell OSRS Gold - Crazy.Gold ) . Very unprofessional when they state they deliver within 10 minutes, updated their sythe gold post recently then comes back to tell me they do not have the gold readily available within the allotted 10 minutes that they mentioned , as well as do not offer any refunds.

Can we get some input here? How was payment accepted without you guys having any gold and how has it been this many hours without your customer receiving 100m

I am getting lied to and this is very unprofessional and it has nearly been 9 hours without payment and they did not email me and they said they would email me when ready and they have not as the screenshot says above.

and after 1minute we asked to give u 4m bonus, but you refuse the gold. If you paid via card ur refund might take a few days from g2a's side.
The average delivery time is 10minutes OR LESS, i can show over 20 trades prior to this one with an average of 3minutes combined, there were just stockign issues and via g2a payments are automatic but manually refunded, where in paypal you contact us prior to buying and refunds are instant.

Don't guarantee something if you can't do it. Clearly says within 10 minutes and not an average of 10 minutes. Doesn't help your chat lied to me and told me that I didn't want instant payout when it clearly says deliver within 10 minutes. Doesn't help me if wasn't delivered and I was lied to given a quote of 1 hour then wasn't even available then. Why was I lied to and said I cannot get a refund at all in the first place?

WE never take 8hours for 100m when you have in mind our average monthly revenue is 100k, im sorry for what happened, just want to help you out with a bonus instead of waiting, but its your choice, tell me what you want

 

Its super frustrating to say we are unprofessional when we are trying to be as professional as possible. Average delivery is 10minutes or less, i can give admin access to our chats to see the last 20 have a 3minute delivery, we never had reports for being late on gold orders (3m revenue+ can be proved)

g2a has issues with refunds because they are manual, we need to email them, i can also give access to an admin or mod to browse through whatever he wants to see

NOT ONLY DO I TRY TO BE PROFESSIONAL, WE ARE THE ONLY SITE THAT HAS THE OWNERS FACE ON IT, i am 100% involved in everything and try to help out as fast as i can, im sorry for what happened but at the same time im doing everything atm to help you out so let me know what you need

 

I don't think this has any relevance here, his complaint isn't that what he's bought isn't as described, but rather what he's bought hasn't yet been received.

@RsRock can you just take a 20m bonus for the 3 times u came to livechat, 120m so you dont hesitate of just receiving it because u will wait for 7days+for a refund from g2a

If G2A doesn't offer refunds(from the panel you've shown) and if no one pays using it by your admission, maybe you need to consider removing it. Going to give you the benefit here as the customer seems happy, but it really shouldn't take this long to pay 100m.
