HOW I RECOVER MY SYTHE ACCOUNT

I would like help to recover my sythe account
since I can not enter my email, I have two messages, one says that I changed the key thing I never did and another that I changed the recovery mail and I did not.


the mail that they put as recovery was not created so that you believe it but still the link to recover my account does not arrive. and I can not access it.

This account is believed when I lived in [redacted]. but I'm not living now and I'm currently in [redacted]
I lived for a while in[redacted], I had to come to[redacted] and I sold my PC in [redacted] when I came to [redacted] now I have another IP

That is the mail they put, but as I said before, it was not me who did it. My account was hacked, so I can not get it back when I created the account. I created it with my mail [redacted] and now they changed it and put that [redacted]. I just want to send my mail as it was before to recover my account I have given all the answers as the security[redacted]the date of birth that I have put the country and city where the [redacted]

 

Please give me a new and unused email address to add onto the account.
