How they scammed: Account was banned, refund was refused as it was outside of the 30 day warranty, despite their site offering a lifetime warranty on all accounts on the first page of the site.

First off I want to make it clear that this is partially my own fault for not reading more carefully. That being said, their site is very misleading and it seems to be intentional, so I'd like to see that changed as a result of the report. I'm not worried about the account that was lost or its monetary value.

On the front page, they advertise that they offer a lifetime refund/replacement policy for all of their accounts. The fact that they were the cheapest site offering this policy is the reason why I had originally bought 4 smurf accounts from them.

The account type that I purchased, which is the cheapest and most commonly bought/sold type of account in that market is the only option that is supposedly exempt from the lifetime warranty on all accounts that they advertise on their front page. There is no mention of this until you are just about to purchase the account. Had I been aware of this, I would've purchased from somewhere else.



To sum it up, their site is claiming to offer a lifetime warranty on all accounts when in reality that is not the case. I'm not bothered about receiving a refund myself, I just want the false promises removed from their site if they do not plan to honor them.

 

Yeah saying "we provide a lifetime warranty on all accounts" and then on checkout changing that in a section that's easy to overlook is definitely misleading and easy to see as intentional.

@I Love Play Vayne You'll need to change that to be consistent, as it's currently false advertisement.

Next time please provide better info to people, instaed of what you want to make it looks.

Out of more 24 type of accs it's the only package which it's 30 days warranty.

1/24. 1 have 30 days warranty, 23 have lifetime.
And no, it isnt said at checkout, it's said everywhere when you click on the package. When you click on it, it will open the description instantly, try yourself.
It have 30 days warranty because it's botted. Anyway if the ban occured so many months laters, 90% of the cases it's because the player fault. Can you please dm me the info so i can look at the motivation of the ban?

At the end i dont bother to replace the account with another one, since idc about 15 euro, your doing all this mess for nothing. People cant tell excuses when they are buying, because everything it's done to make to the buyer to see all the info before buying it.

At the end everything it's correct in my website. Try to use it yourself.

It's also the first ban that happened after over 1 year and half with 0 bans.

 

The description doesn't open by itself & the account info is in the first email I sent you @I Love Play Vayne, you can look into it if you want to but the ban is not the problem here. If you do what I did and read "lifetime warranty on all accounts" on the first page, you can easily purchase an account without knowing that is not the case.



I have no idea what happened to the account and why it wasn't banned until recently. I don't know any more info other than what is in the screenshot, as it just takes me to the support page.



The account was fine in April when I last played with a friend, but the vast majority of games were in January. I've linked a picture of the match history below.



I don’t care about 15 euros either and I really don't care about a refund at this point, my issue is that I purchased the account because your site claimed you offer a lifetime warranty on all accounts. 23/24 is not all accounts. That is the only thing I want changed.

I just looked at the ban reason and its a weird one.

Banned by prime systems, probably a manual ban for something?

As long as you change how the lifetime warranty policy is advertised on the first page of the site I'm happy with the outcome, with or without a refund/replacement.

As for the video, that only shows up if you change the package. The 20,000+ BE is already selected when you open the page. See the video below.

 

Yeah ofc but it's easy to click on description or to click in the package. You just need a simple click. And later there are also tos you need to click to confirm you have read every info..

Anyway the information at my end its correct, nothing has to be changed.

If you need a replacement let me know that im there.

 

I have enough smurfs that I'm fine without a replacement, but thanks for the offer.

The warranty part of the front page of your site needs to be changed in some way. That's all. Just changing it to "All hand leveled accounts" should be fine I believe? @Andy Samberg

 

Ok will be changed in 2 weeks when im back from holiday.

 

If this does not get resolved in two weeks please report the thread where this site is advertised. This will be considered false advertisement, so please make sure to fix this @I Love Play Vayne.
