Eminem has some very talented lyrics, full of pain and bitterness, etc.

 

Eminem is the Shit and I believe in what shredderbeam said not all rappers know that pain that he grew in. plus he proves white people can rap I mean what's so bad about him? he basicly just tells his life story in his good songs like When I'm gone or the way I am he tells it the way that it is he doesn't butter it up

 

I agree that he is a terrible idol for little kids, but his songs are good.

Well, The man DOSE have some commercial and violent tracks. but behind that is a genius with a very poetic mind. He can not only make a multiple syllabled punchline connected to a metaphor without fail, but he dose that while facing the criticism of being a "white" raper in a black business. He has went over TONS of obstacles to get were he is at right now, being accepted in both the underground, and mainstream community. He is truly great..

 

well said. I don't see why people should hate eminem. his lyrics have true meaning and reflect his own life. He is a well respected rapper.

I personally think Eminem is ok. I generally never listen to Hip-Hop but when i do, It's definitely Eminem. Mostly because of his nice Rhymes.

along with having deep lyrics he is really good at freestyling. im not a big fan of his newer song but his older songs are good.

Ok so your saying his life story is about him doing drugs, doing some more drugs, killing his ex , more drugs, then lots and lots of gay butt sex? Because that encore cd I believe it was there was only 1 maybe 2 songs on it that did not have to do with some sort of gay interaction etc. An honestly he is from detroit, and not even a real bad part of detroit, he isn't hardcore or anything he is a poser.
