"Avassss" has scammed me

Explanation of the trade: We were to exchange my 10M osrs for his 28B PKH gold
How they scammed: Accepted my 10M on oldschool, and then never got back to me about the pkh gold until I had to threaten reporting him. When he finally did respond he claimed he never received the money yet I do have picture evidence from our skype messages of him confirming receiving the original 10M osrs payment from me.

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet This was when he finally responded after some time of ignoring me on both skype and sythe, He denied ever receiving payment and then proceeded to be extremely vulgar and hostile towards me.
This next bit may not exactly count as proof, but I think it should be included in my report. On avassss' profile i discovered a thread in which wortel explains his reason for receiving his TWC status. If you look at the thread... well what a coincidence, same exact situation! The fact that he has done this before makes me question the validity of his entire operation and worries me that he has scammed others too. I almost didn't report him as i figured it was my own fault, as i should have been more cautious, and doubted i had enough evidence. But now I realize he has no intentions to stop scamming people and since there's a chance that i might have enough evidence to get him in trouble, I must report him so that he cannot scam anyone else on sythe. So much of my time has been wasted, and this whole situation is so frustrating. Thank you for putting in the effort to read this lengthy report. - bigoldthot. Yeah, what he didn't show was the fact he declined the trade, continued to stall so I gave it up as a bad job.

I then had to report him to @Charlotte for being an absolute dick on sythe, and going as far as watching posts I was viewing and pm'ing people in advance to tell them not to trade with me.

Absolute joke.

 

Oh, he is also blocked from my skype, and if I could, i'd block him on here too.

 

oh, and it might be worth mentioning that among the bullshit messages he sent me on sythe he was going to "upload a video to get me banned".

I'll admit the video was a bluff in an attempt to get you to return the money without me having to do this, but I didnt cancel the trade, and you did take the money. Otherwise you would not have said "10m me", confirming that you took the money. And the fact that you asked for "5.5m more" infers you took the 10M (which you did, this confirms it). So these lies you are spewing will not fool anyone.

 

Absolute bull. I was telling you to add 5.5M to the trade to even my stack. says it right there in the chat.

No. Wortel told me that my TWC is because my router is forcing sythe to pull up my connection as a proxy. He said he actually had the same problem in the past, and I am working on correcting it. And i find it funny you want to talk about TWC, as your TWC is because you scammed someone, in the same exact way you scammed me. Exact same situation. It wouldn't be a coincidence that this would happen twice to you. Also, your lies are catching up to you, because you wouldn't have asked for 5.5M in exchange for twice as much PKH gold than we agreed with, when according to you, you "never received the first 10m". It would only make sense that you'd want 5.5m for another 25b, not 5.5m for all 50B.

 

Not to mention that an IP audit on you pulls up 3 different IP's...

 

Is there proof a trade was completed besides the "10m me"? Also, can you provide me the most recent messages from Skype?

 

Unfortunately that's the only proof I have of him taking the money. And Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet is the rest of the conversation, and then he blocked me. The staff members I contacted were Wortel and Chloe

 

They posted out of order on imgur, the correct order in which the convo occured was 2nd, 3rd, 1st
